I was immediately greeted by someone behind the counter and it was a super quick turnaround between me ordering my Italian combo and getting it at my table. My sandwich was absolutely huge! No more Max Bibo, no more Church & Main, Dunkin D bailed, jeez I can't even remember where else we used to eat, there was that old irascible Alsatian dude running the "French" sandwich place... anyway, these guys felt like the only game in town after everyone else had folded. And they're great! They hustle like mad during the rush, so a long line just blazes through. And this is hugely important to me, because it says they value not only your time as a part of their value prop, but also their own! And high throughput need not mean low quality; our pals here listen and execute as requested. Loads of options, the great chip selection as noted elsewhere, and a decent assortment of drinks in the back. But what I like the best, even more than the customary "Hello big boss!" greeting that I (and probably 42 other not-so-big bosses) get, is the dogged determination to create and deliver a needed, wanted product despite some not-so-small odds. I'm in here twice a week on average, and if I weren't trying to lose weight by bringing in a salad the other days it would be 4 times. Love these guys

It's a fairly unassuming spot from the outside, but the food is absolutely out of the park. My go‑to breakfast order is the quintessential BaconEggAndCheeseOnAHardRollSaltPepper (IYKYK). They nail it every single time -- simple, classic, perfect. For lunch, the "Sweetness" sandwich has been my longtime favorite. It's a unique and surprisingly perfect combination: Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese, crisp red apple slices, and honey mustard on a sub roll. Pair it with one of their deli salads and a bag of chips and you've got an outstanding lunch that hits every note. I only wish I had a deli like this back home in Western NY. First time I had a chicken cutlet that tasted like it was fresh from the microwave and I didn't go back. My brother told me to try something else, so I gave them another try. I had the combo. The meats didn't look or taste high end - like the generic stuff at a grocery store. But the veggies were fresh and layered thick. The first thing I noticed is how huge it was! I have a good appetite and only ate half, saving other half for lunch tomorrow. The biggest complaint is the bread - I don't know if it was old or just a bad choice for cost cutting purposes.
