The commissioner who addressed himself as "lawyer" would charge you a no show fee for whatever reason you are bringing the incorrect document as he claimed you're wasting his time which worths 200+ dollar per hours. He even gave me a deadline to find the correct document and bring it back to him to certify. Never before have I experienced such cumbersome and unprofessional service.

I have been putting this off for months but with a trip to NYC planned at the end of the summer my procrastination was put on notice. But then it turns out that they provide me a Notary Public that even my property agent can do it for me for free. There is no information to prove that they (witness) are not ordinary person like my property agent but a lawyer. So I called them to ask for a stamp with their name with lawyer title, firm name and address. They told me that I don't understand how it works and asked to talk to my property agent. Then my property agent who has worked in this field for 20 years called them, they claimed that my agent also knows nothing and they insisted that what they gave me was Oki.
