Except when I walked in the door, I was greeted by less than friendly staff. I didn't expect to be given a tiara and a glass of champagne, but I think I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone helped me. Then the guy who served me kind of gave me the "yah? What do you want" routine and so I coyly suggested I have some of the pages redone and the cover re-bound. I asked if he suggest I do anything else and he said he didn't know. He then swiftly took my stuff away and came back 15 minutes later with my semi-new portfolio in hand. He rang up what I owed him while answering a phone call. He didn't look at me or have the courtesy to call the guy back while he finished serving me. I left feeling deflated that I hadn't asked for more help or been more assertive, but I didn't have the energy. Shouldn't these people WANT to help you? WANT to make something look professional and beautiful that you'd be proud of, and then, presumably, you'd suggest their services to your friends (or potential employers?) I dunno, maybe not all TPH locations are like this, but I'll never go back here again.

It took them over 2 months just to get my website running, and the final quality of both the website and the logo was incredibly low. On top of that, they tacked on an extra charge for the logo design. They failed on all of their promises regarding setting up my social media. To make matters worse, during the launch they put the completely wrong domain name on the website. Because of this error, people could not access my website during an active marketing campaign, costing me valuable business. Instead of working to resolve these issues, they completely took down my website. Their entire focus is on collecting payments rather than customer satisfaction or delivering what was promised. Their turnaround is super-speedy (within 24 hours if needed) and they will hand-deliver your order if your business is within walking distance of their location. Manager Pamela Pua is absolutely exceptional; friendly and knowledgable, and the type of person who will remember your name and face from jobs you ordered several years ago!
