From start to finish, they were open, honest, communicative and completely transparent. They were 100% accurate with delivery timelines and made sure to keep us up to date every step of the way. In addition to the screen printing, we had some hats embroidered. The team was punctual with getting mock ups and embroidery stitch outs completed. We won't go to any other screen printer here on out- this will be our new go to! Thank you to the team of amazing employees at Chewy Apparel for making our mock ups come to life!

When we rang the doorbell multiple times, there was no response and the door was locked. We had to call the place a couple of times until they picked up. But when one of the staff came, she was very helpful. They told us that sometimes, the residents of the building locked the doors even when they were not supposed to, so it was not the business' fault. When we went in, there was a bunch of yarn and patterns. All in all, I would rate it 5 stars because the business was not responsible for the issues we experienced.

Super helpful owner, and friendly. I witnessed her helping a few customers with their patterns and yarn choices. Excellent yarn selection, a good mix of really dependable and affordable yarns (think Estelle) and some really yummy decadent yarns (think Rowan). Also an incredible selection of ChiaoGoo needles (other needles too, but I have been looking to add to my chiaogoo). I am delighted to find a well stocked, well curated store like this one and hope to pop in again when I visit the kid, or when I find myself in downtown Guelph.

So, I ordered some aprons & perused embroidery shops in the area. I called a few places & kept coming up short, because it was such a small order I was asking for. Most embroidery shops only do 12+, bulk buys, so I wasn't expecting anyone to be able to execute what I was asking for. Until I called Stitch Witchery. They got me in that day, gave sound expertise on what would look best color/print-wise on my gift (I'm clueless when it comes to this stuff), & treated me as well as they would've any other customer, no matter how small my order was. Kevin & Darlene have been at this business for about 40 years, and it shows. They handle their business with tact, professionalism, & a down-to-earth feel. It was a pleasure to meet them & have them in my corner in creating this gift. My friends are going to love these! Now, I need to find some more items to get embroidered just so I can have an excuse to pop into Stitch Witchery again.
