I found this place very professional and friendly. The physiotherapist (Eliza Pereira-Karve) was just great and considerate, having a wealth of skills and equipment to enable me with a full recovery. They also have at this location a team of Kinetics to train one to do proper stretching and exercises. They are wheelchair accessible. They are located at St. Clair West and Bathurst, Unit #6. It's a beautiful building that's well maintained without the usual strong odors (bodily nor industrial), maybe because there wasn't too many patients nor visitors around. On the main floor next to the west terrace you can find the Max Tannenbaum Sculpture Garden which has 20 vibrantly colored sculptures that depict the human body in graceful yet powerful poses (see my many pictures). There are a couple terraces on the 5th floor as well, one of which has a beautiful view of the Don River. They also have a rooftop garden where you can sit and relax. From this vantage point you can view East Chinatown, Lake Ontario and even the towering buildings of Downtown. It was so quiet that all I could hear was a chorus of chirping crickets, relaxing indeed!. TIPS: -Don't forget to check out the Old Don Jail next door which has been converted and now houses the administrative offices of the hospital.
