Her office is very small so it doesn't have any equipment that requires large areas. And yet she does her best. She has limited hours, so she tries to be efficient. She is not a money grabber, i.e., not wanting you to have many sessions with her so that she can earn money, OT sessions are expensive! Instead, she works on a model of being consulting, giving you strategies that you can do with a parent/guardian, to save money. She also believes in the word "occupational." If a deficit doesn't affect your life, why do you need therapy? As an example, if you are not physically coordinated to play a certain sport, do you need therapy if you don't need or want to play that sport? Her assessment is reasonably thorough for a one-hour assessment. There are so many areas of OT that it can't be all assessed in one hour! There is no free WiFi. The place is wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom, but it is not wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking and a parking lot. Review 2023-278

It was almost 10pm when she saw my child waiting for over an hour (but this is completely understandable) yet she didn't understand why he was cranky and couldn't hold still to a very sensitive part of his body. This was not cold or flu injury. This was a laceration injury. she was in a bad mood because she said she had a cold. There was no comfort and compassion for my child's injury. I eventually I had to pin my kid down just so she didn't walk out of the room for the second time to check on the injury. She made a comment towards his attitude yes his bedtime is 8 and he's tired and hurt. My child indeed needed medical attention with a specialist and a follow up to make sure it was healing. I am surprised she's a paediatrician because she doesn't seem to like kids or doesn't have any tips or tricks to make a child comfortable. No maternal instincts kicked in. Reception was kind and nice. And overall it is clean. I am sure great doctors work here, as well. I am only hoping it was a bad day. I had to explain to my son on the car ride that it wasn't their fault he was so scared.

They can also do home visits for an additional $30. We did an OT assessment on 2023-08-02 with Ali Cooper. You get assigned a therapist who you would be regularly working with on the same day and timeslot. They tested for fine motor and gross motor skills, balance, and hand-eye coordination. The after-school hours and weekends are quite booked up. There is free WiFi. The place is wheelchair accessible. We've never had to wait. An 11am appointment is at 11am. I would highly recommend this clinic for anything seeking osteopathic help.
