Home Instead matched our mother up with two fantastic caregivers - Marilou and Mary Jane - whose visits she looks forward to every week. The caregivers are kind, thoughtful, respectful, and compassionate. They do a fantastic job at communicating to us what happens during the course of each visit - I look forward to reading the detailed notes they leave in the Communication Binder. They have also shown a great deal of patience and understanding with our mother's short-term memory issues, going so far as to leave notes reminding her to "drink water" or "have a snack". I highly recommend Home Instead's services for anyone looking for in-home companionship services. Thank you!
