I ate half of my torta before noticing mold on the bread when i was about to take another bite. It completely disgusted me and honestly made me feel sick knowing i had already eaten part of it. My Brother called the restaurant to let them know, and instead of taking the situation seriously, the employee immediately responded with, "it can't be because the bread is fresh." That response was unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering we have a picture for proof. Serving moldy food is unacceptable and can seriously make someone sick. Accidents happen, but the way the situation was handled made it even worse. I hope they start checking their food more carefully and take customer concerns seriously in the future.
