What an experience at a Michelin starred restaurant!…read more We were welcome to a super modern dining space with low lighting. Upon arrival we were asked to clean our hands in a super modern high technology sterilization box. Afterwards we were shown to our seats. Upon arrival to the sushi bar, we identified our seats by an origami crane in a box with my name on it. Upon reviewing the menu, we decided to get the omakases. The restaurant provides two choices: one that consist of all items from sushi bar and the other a combo of sushi bar and kitchen/hot items. There was some duplications between the omakase offerings. Each offering was handcrafted by our chef who took great pride is his work. We were treated to a selection of fish predominantly from Brazil but also a selection of Spain. Plus we had oysters, crawfish balls, lychee in a broth, octopus, and more. To conclude our meal we had the opportunity to try two desserts. Each omakase was a little over 85 dollars. Well worth the experience. Tip: make a reservation prior to arrival. When making reservations you can choose the sushi bar or tables.

I reserved a spot for dinner in advance and sat at the bar in front of the chefs…read more The omakase was delicious and great value for the price. They don't speak English but the waiters help translate and explain the difference between the two omakase options. Service was really great and the fish quality was fresh. Luckily street parking here is open (no Zona Azul required) and the restaurant lived up to its 1 Michelin star. Thanks Huto!
