He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! MC - great, personable and friendly guy, Al. we met him at our cocktail hour and didn't realize the friendly man offering to help all our friends take pictures with us was our MC! he was entertaining and funny and knew how to work our crowd and facilitate some wedding games too. DJ - Kenneth was awesome, played some great music, and everyone had their time on the dance floor! photobooth - we had a little snafu in the very beginning and the printer wasn't working which held up the line and contributed to only maybe 100 or so sets being taken throughout the whole evening. Here is my response to your complaints as follows .. #1 - Our TVs are 55 inch TVs on 5-6 foot truss stands - no they do not rotate as most of them don't .. It is not our fault or liability if the way the room is designed in conjunction with how our TVs are set up that guests can not see them - we have actually NEVER had this complaint EVER !! #2 - 2 business cards on the table is not our fault if someone puts them there. ALSO, your complaining about 2 cards? Why would my DJ leave 2 cards there - i never did that in 30 years of business - sorry this so offends you .. Also, you can not tell me I CANT bring my cards into a venue .. IN THE email you stated a DJ isn't supposed to have cards at a wedding what if someone asks for them .. EVERY DJ company brings cards .. theres no LAW .. totally ridiculous .. IF you tell this to anyone they will laugh .. DO YOU think this is my first wedding I've done .. this is my lively hood .. #3 - We were given by you a numerous page "thesis" of one big run on sentence of all requests .. requests of things we never experienced or heard of in 30 years .. Partial Resolution, but Serious Issues Impacted Our Wedding Day…read more We hired Bravo Sound for our wedding on 09/27/25, and unfortunately, the DJ's performance caused significant disruptions during key moments of our ceremony and reception. Specifically: -The DJ (Rob) arrived 2 hours late, delaying the ceremony and reception timeline. -Only 2 out of 3 processional songs we submitted in advance were played. The first song awkwardly looped, and my father walked down the aisle in silence, many guests unaware he walked down at all. -The microphone volume was inadequate and guests could not hear the officiant during the ceremony, even after the officiant asked for the volume to be increased. -Due to the delay, our ceremony ended in darkness, including the vows and our first kiss. -The DJ did not play the correct timestamp for the father/daughter dance. -Unapproved background music was played. -The cake-cutting song was triggered prematurely. After raising these concerns with the vendor, they offered a partial refund of $500. While I appreciate this effort to address the problems, the issues significantly impacted what was meant to be one of the most important days of our lives. I hope this review helps other couples make an informed decision. If you do choose this vendor, be sure to confirm ALL details well in advance and stay vigilant on the day of your event.

Being a bride isn't easy, between the planning, the high stress levels and the anxiety is overwhelming but I felt so relieved to know every detailed discussed came to fruition.
