No stained indoor/outdoor carpet, open space waiting area, no uncomfortable chairs sitting on top of one another, there's elbow room. I am extremely terrified of the dentist chair and my anxiety level is on 30 when I know I have an upcoming dentist appt. Every single time I go in I'm greeted with smiles from the receptionists. Calling or making an appt. while checking out is so easy and painless. They will help work around your schedule for an appt that works for you. The nurses/techs are always well dressed (not in form fitting scrubs that you curiously ask yourself how they even fit into them because they look painted on) personable (which helps immensely, carrying on a small conversation takes my mind off of what I'm about to go through) The dentists are also always personable, friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, and HONEST! They truly do any and everything to save your smile, and keep you out of pain.I've had my entire family with Dr.Palmer, since 2007, (seeing one other dentist in 2019, huge mistake!)
