The nurses/techs are always well dressed (not in form fitting scrubs that you curiously ask yourself how they even fit into them because they look painted on) personable (which helps immensely, carrying on a small conversation takes my mind off of what I'm about to go through) The dentists are also always personable, friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, and HONEST!
