It seems like they bill for 30 min whether it is needed or not as a standard. Also they tried to bill me for an item that I never received. When I started asking questions about the itemized charges after seeing the previous charges. the staff became very cold and avoided answering questions with a direct answer. I tried to call and selected the option for the billing department three times with no answer. I also experienced the same as others have posted of some of the staff can seem very cold and unfriendly. I would recommend that anyone who goes here should examine the bill very carefully.

There's no information on their website or on their phone system to tell you other than now they're closed at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I echo the prior reviewer about Customer Service. I have a busy work schedule and I am trying to call at 2 in the afternoon when I had availability and I can't get anyone because they're closed already. So now knowing that I need to make sure that I have pain medicine before my surgery I'm going to do that all in advance because, otherwise, they may not be very responsive when needed at least according to the reviewer from a year ago.

2019 was the year of change. Monday, January 7, 2019, I met with Dr. Anthony and Joe at the Braces…read moreBar in Grove City to discuss fixing my teeth. Much to my shock, I walked in for a consultation and out with my top braces (bottom ones going on February 18). A little background: I had braces when I was in the 5th grade. My parents were trying to give me one less thing to worry about in high school, so they put me in braces at a young age. Since I had them on and removed so young my bottom teeth quickly shifted. The bottom ones didn't bother me much because they show very little in my smile. The tops are another story. Those teeth stayed straight into my college years. But while in college, I needed a root canal and had a temporary crown put in place. The procedure was completed at the OSU Dental Clinic, by dental students, and falling out constantly. I became annoyed (and lazy), so I left the temporary crown out while waiting for my crown lengthening surgery and root canal. Leaving that temporary crown out made my top teeth shift very quickly and become crooked. My smile is something I grew extremely self-conscious of because those teeth show in my smile and I'm the type of person to smile with full teeth showing. But I've also long said I'm never going to be a model, so I have to live with them as is. Thankfully, I don't have to think that anymore. With the new FastBraces technology, I had one of my biggest dreams come true. FastBraces was developed to straighten teeth different for a faster, more affordable solution. This technology allows for movement of the root of the teeth toward their final position right from the beginning of the treatment. This technique results in a shorter time frame with less tooth sensitivity which is a common experience with traditional braces. Braces Bar predicted my case would take approximately 8-10 months. Some patients come in and only need a few weeks to a few months, just depending on the severity of the situation. Consultations are free, so if this is a procedure you are considering, I cannot suggest enough to pay a visit to the Braces Bar.

So on returning home we found this dentist in Grove City. They closed at 7pm and it was 6:15 but they said come on in since my wife was in considerable pain. We were greeted and quickly attended to the paperwork. At one point as we waited, my wife became ill and told me she would prefer to go back home. We did not get the extraction but that was in no way Daily Dental and Bracebars fault. I want to apologize to the people in the establishment. They were very accomadating and professional. I want to thank them for their concern for my wife, something Aspen Dental showed no concern for. From what I saw, they are a first rate dental office. Thank you again.

WALK-IN Had new-onset mild tooth pain while in the process…read moreof establishing a new office. The walk-in wait was about an hour at 1pm. Many of the dental 'spaces' are partially open to the hallway, giving a sense that passerbys may be looking at you - yet I didnt find the exam space to be inadequate in any way. Male partner Doc diagnosed quickly and filled cavities efficiently with no pain. Numbing was perfect and teeth feel much better than before. (-2 stars **) Follow-up questions over the phone were ignored and not relayed to the doctor as stated they would be. When doctor was asked about the specifics of the procedure, he defensively asked if I did not trust him, which could have been deterring to a shy-er person. I wasn't and the doc answered the rest of my questions. Employees do not seem to like their job and seemed irritated that they had to answer simple questions (what material for cavities). Overall, I recommend for the dental work, caution that the front staff can have bad days, and suggest advocating for yourself to get your questions/concerns addressed here. But like I said, at the end of the day, my teeth feel amazing!
