They pressured me to schedule the root canal in their office (they wanted almost 5k upfront for it) and the endodontist wasn't even in until the next week. At that point I was in so much pain I couldn't wait a week. I reached out to another office and they called aspen to request my x-rays so they would proceed with the root canal. Aspen claimed it would take 2-4 business days for them to get the x-rays sent over. When I called aspen and demanded them, they emailed them immediately and lied and said the other office didn't request them. I ended up getting an emergency root canal at another office who got me in the same day. They charged less than half of what aspen wanted me to pay and were much more professional and caring. Worst experience ever and will never return.

I feel this business has a complete lack of integrity and business ethics. At previous dentist offices I have attended, the technician would take the x-rays, do the cleaning and polishing then review everything with the dentist. At this office, the technician did my x-rays then the dentist did everything else. It felt a little odd, but I also felt like I was getting her honest opinion and attention.
