Last week, my wife and I purchased a pull camper from Second Chance RV's. I'm very old fashion when comes to customer service. When we first arrived at the lot, I was meet by a gentleman named Jim. He shook our hands and took us over to the camper we were interested in, and told us to take our time, and if we had any questions he would be around. I thought we were going to get salespeople hovering over us like vultures, but it was a no sales pressure experience. Their prices are very fair, and they delivered it at for an extra fair price. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We showed up today and was greeted by Jim with a smile. First thing he said was how are you? Most people in sales say how can I help you? BIG difference! We felt at home right away! He was easy to talk to, NO pressure and was all around a joy to work with. His prices are more than fair.
