This place is something quite special, in many different ways. I went here after reading all the good reviews on yelp and I agree: it is a great place to study, the food looked amazing (even though I didn't order any) and the service was friendly. The problem: The coffee. Normally, I wouldn't make a big deal out of coffee, but this is a coffee shop, so it's kind of a deal breaker. The coffee was made in a great machine, 5 stars for that, the coffee bean though was quite sour and just utterly weird! Neither my coffee-partner nor me liked it a lot. Still, the bean - according to said partner, who's a professional in that area - is a bean, which you either love or hate, so maybe we were simply the wrong group to taste it! Still, Awesome place, 4 stars deserved, decent prices (~2.50€ for 2 coffees) and a nice atmosphere!

Torch Coffee has the best coffee I have had in Seville. The flavor of the coffee stands out because they roast their own coffee beans. I am a study abroad student, and this is a favorite among people visiting Seville, Spain! They also have yummy food, and cute decorations. The location is perfect because it is near the city center! In general, Torch is a little more expensive than other cafés in Seville but it is worth it for the high quality food and coffee.

Stopped here for my last breakfast in Seville. Really cool vibe & good music playing. I imagine this would be the perfect place to study or get work done. I ordered the smoothie bowl which good, but not the best I've ever had, and the pan de plata which was incredible (sweet & crunchy). Perfect ending to my trip.

Location: Down by the water, not far from the giant tower. The place: Very spacious, loft-like space, with a super chill vibe. They have a few tables and bar-type seating as well as a big communal table that's reserved for study groups/ laptops. I got here around 10:30 (Monday) and had room to sit down. By 11:30 the place was full. The goods: I ordered a latté and the avocado toast with bacon and was disappointed in neither. This latté has to be the creamiest, most perfect latté that I've ever had. Really. It was perfect - I can't really add more. The avocado toast was delicious - the toast was thin and super crunchy but not crumbly (y'all know what I mean), there avocado was visibly (and tastefully) fresh and the bacon was a great touch. No salt or seasoning was added to this - perfect as is. This is a great 3rd wave coffee shop and I'm sure these are rare in these parts. Service: Good! The clerk let me know it would take about ten minutes to prepare my order since everything is made upon request. Price point: Less than 6€. One of my favourite spots!

A different type of craft brew. Torch Coffee is an amazing little shop that sets up right along a great view and a stones throw away from the subway system. A perfect place to stop at to get your day going, Torch offers a handful of freshly brewed options and bring their beans in from around the globe. Service is not rushed and the barista are friendly and personable. Some of the food portions came out a little smaller than expected, but they're so flavorful, you are forced to get yourself another round. If you're not in a rush, they offer free WiFi and be sure to check out some of their heavenly fruit smoothies as well!

Located by the river, the coffee, mousse, and cheese turkey pesto sandwich were all great. Service took awhile but the place was quiet and relaxing.

Delicious breakfast and artisan coffee! It's not far from the Alcázar so we stopped in here first after reading all the amazing reviews! We plan to come back tomorrow as well to try the açaí bowls- they looked amazing! Baristas spoke great English as well!

Torch serves coffee that is created with care and technically perfect. Torch serves the best Flat White that I've had the privilege to enjoy. I'm from Portland, Oregon. Living in Portland, I have gotten used to excellent coffee prepared perfectly with great coffee beans - Stumptown, Ristretto, Watertown Coffee etc... If TORCH was in Portland, it would be at the top of my list. Torch was also an oasis after a busy day enjoying the sites in Sevilla. The place is air conditioned, uncrowded and offers secure WiFi. My wife and I planned our 10 day long Sevilla visit with a stop at Torch once or twice a day - everyday. Torch is easy to find - Across from Torre de Oro.

We were on a three day tour of sevilla and needed a good coffee and healthy breakfast. This place turned out to be it. Initially i didnt think they would have much in the food department as it looked like a coffee only place from the outside. Fortunately we decided to go inside as the healthy food options are amazing and wonderful. Of course the coffee is great, we expected that. I fully recommend this place if you are into healthy food. Expect it to be pricey though

I come to Sevilla often and have not found a better coffee shop! This is the real deal! Their coffee is amazing, their food is great, their staff is wonderful! We ate breakfast here and enjoyed the Benedict toast, California toast, açaí bowl and smoothies. They have milk alternatives: soy, almond and lactose free. The only thing I wish they had is gluten free bread, but I still give them 5 stars because everything we ordered was so great!!!

Very average coffee, & expensive. Might as well go to Starbucks for your overpriced coffee, or a cafe bar for cheap coffee. Iced latte was decent, for 3.20€... wouldn't go back, but it's a good stop for coffee in a very touristy trap part of town.

Interior is cute and all but the baristas are horribly rude and judgmental. Overrated.

No wifi. Extremely slow and non-chalant service. Ran out of some of the highlight items on the menu at noon.

After walking around the…read morecathedral and old town, it was time for a much needed break, because man, this town is huge! Alas, handy dandy Yelp saved the day (as it always seems to do) and directed me to this cute little pastry shop hidden between the windy streets of Sevilla. The shop is small with only 3 tables inside and some seating available outside. It's super cute too with a french aesthetic, pastel walls, and jars of pastries sitting right in the middle. We were lucky enough to snag a table at 5pm and ordered right away as I was excited to try their apple cake (recommended by Yelp) which was suprisingly an apple tart! My dad who joined me during my unofficial tea time ordered an espresso and cheesecake as well. I was very happy with the offerings, as I could say that I haven't had a better apple tart, even in France! It was flaky, not too sweet, and a downright beautiful pastry with apple folds in the middle! The cheesecake was great too with a homemade marmalade on top. The pastries blew me away and if you're looking for a nice place for a break of even a quick morning option that isn't typical to Sevilla, come here and you won't be disappointed at all!

Located within 5 minutes walking of the Alcazar it makes for an easy stop in before or after visiting the Alcazar. Everything is served on mismatched china in the courtyard of a Spanish home (cool right?). However, there is where my gushing stops. Service was very poor on a morning that wasn't busy (from the looks of it). We had to ask twice for our orders to be taken (language barrier wasn't the issue), the food was mediocre at best. NOT real churros by any means. They had a weird almost plastic taste to them and the chocolate was very watery with no flavor. The tortilla de patata was also very dry. Not rushing back by any means.

We were so wrong, each cream filling was flavored. First we tried mango and a vanilla with our cafe con leche, we were so happy with it that we decided to take 6 more to go. Another mango, vanilla, praline, rasberry, cafe, caramel, even after eating it a day later it still tasted delicious. we also tried the brownie and its like brownie with fudge sauce... Whenever we are on vacation, he'll have 2-4 scoops of gelato/ice-cream a day, I'll have 1-2, PLUS any other sweet treats we can get our hands on. Bocasu was one of the only 3 stalls open at Mercado de Triana (we visited on a Sunday). Stopping by was a no brainier. We ordered the bandas (an apple tart with a crispy, delicate, chewy crust and a thin apple topping; not overly sweet), mini praline cream puff (like a little sweet bite of heaven), and a chocolate cookie (can't remember the name but it tastes like a large, round shortbread cookie). If my stomach was bigger and my metabolism faster, I would have ordered more things to try. No worries though, we have 4 more days in Seville and will be back for more.
