"We look out for our client's best interests while working in partnership toward successful completion of every project." This statement by the company is completely 100% incorrect. I 100% do not recommend this company to anyone. I had Jay Chauhan the owner do a driveway when the company was just starting 12 yrs. ago out and they did an excellent job. so I had no quams about getting them to do my next driveway. even though they were $2400 more than any other estimate. what a huge mistake this decision was as they did not follow industry standards at all as confirmed by another paving company. 1: They charged premium price for high grade ashphalt and laid down very low grade ashphalt. 2: They laid down cold ashphalt (not hot ashphalt) that is why just four (4) months after the job it is coming apart. this is the reason for it looking all rough and not smooth and absorbing water instead of running off as it should. 3: They did not spend the time to pack it down well enough and the reason for all the lines and the reason for it not sealing properly. 4: They brought the ashphalt from thier last job in chilliwack not from the plant, saving the owner money but ripping the customer off. 5: This company is a one man show if you look at the company profile only one employee listed, himself. 6: This company uses third party contractors to do all thier work, therefore not standing behind the work. but only making bullshit excuses and the reason for the owner not knowing anything about paving. 7: The owner is a sub-contracter that does sub-standard work. he does not own one piece of paving equipment. the only vehicle he owns is the company truck he drives. I texted him and got no response for a week and i had to call him to actually talk to him, he was reluctant to come by but finally did and didn't take responsibility for the job. he came by three times to no success just made every excuse known to man why he wasn't going to stand behind his work. The owner is a dishonest businessman that i do not recommend you get involved with unless you want to be on the recieving end of paying top dollar for a sub-standard job and a job that is not going to last and not going to be corrected as it should be,you will be left with having to argue with him all to hear the most erronious excuses you have ever heard and left holding the bag to get it done again, don't make that mistake!! He is a fly by night company, no matter how much advertising and professional he calls his company. i am very disappointed as he is now all about quantity not about quality. very, very poor workmanship. very, very poor attitude towards the customer. very, very poor customer service to say the least!! In fairness to the owner who wrote in response to my Google review: I appreciate your dissatisfaction in the area that was not machine-accessible & therefore had to be finished by hand. let's get together again and see what i can do to put a grin on your face again. I have added photos to my review the First three (3) photos are where the machine did the work( no different than the other photos) and as you can see it is the fact that it was low grade ashphalt, was not "Hot" when put down and not rolled out properly he is nothing but a bullshitter, conartist, fraudster that is full of crap!! read more

The company came to do their initial leveling and gravel packing on a Friday afternoon. As the bulldozer was leaving, they broke the cap on the city sewer drain --- and they left without saying anything - and the sewer drain filled with gravel. They neatly set the broken piece back in the hole. Saturday the sewer started backing up in the basement. The plumber came as soon as he was called; which was now dark outside. He couldn't find the problem and left his shop vac to help with the continually flowing sewer. Meanwhile, DON'T USE THE PLUMBING. The sewer continued to run 18 hours. 5 people with no toilet for 18 hours !! The plumber came again Sunday afternoon and saw the drain in the driveway. He saw the cap was broken and neatly set back on top of the hole. The city sewer is 8 feet down. The plumber eventually got the gravel out and got the drains running again. I sent the head of the company a copy of the plumbers bill and pictures Sunday. The boss contacted me a week later. "Accidents happen, you have to expect it with an old house and this is a small job for us. And as the property owner it's up to me to pay for the damages." Well it's a HUGE amount of money for me !! And I don't expect accidents from professionals. THEIR accident cost me $2000 and tremendous stress. They offered to cover 1/4 of the cost; just PART of the plumbers bill. Three weeks later they completed the job. They hadn't finished before asking for the rest of their money. I am unable to get the smell out of the basement; I don't know what to do about it. The basement was totally renovated 1 year ago. And no, my insurance doesn't cover this damage. I live on Canada Pension and saved for a year to do this job.
