I did not ask him for that, he just offered and I accepted. The result was that I ended up getting almost a third more for my wood from that mill of his choosing, than I got from another mill last year for a very similar size and quality shipment. I can't say enough good about this man. He is the real deal.

Work was hit or miss with very little communication from them on when they would actually be working on our kitchen. Scheduled start date was pushed back over a week and we had no clue when they might show up. Original estimate labor cost was 100% lower than the final bill. Asked several times for an updated estimate that was never done. Counter top was damaged, no reply from them when that was pointed out. Would not recommend this company.

We just had Felipe and his crew paint our house. Their estimate was very competitive and complete…read more Everything was spelled out in the contract and the work was completed on time. This was not an easy house to paint, very steep roof lines and a lot of trim work involved which required getting on very tall ladders (not for the feint at heart). The gutter down spouts were removed before painting and they were even washed before re installation. There was absolutely zero cleanup after they finished. They left the extra paint of which there isn't very much, maybe 2 1/2 gallons after painting a 5,000 sq.ft. house. Highly recommended

Shayne promptly returned my call, set up a meeting time, and even called upon arrival--something I really appreciated with our busy schedule. We decided to move forward, and my initial concern about driveway compaction disappeared the moment I drove the trailer onto the finished surface--it was rock solid! Shayne also called and sent pictures showing that a few 4x6 boards had twists, and he replaced them with straight ones without hesitation. He kept me updated with photos of the plate tampers (1500lb) in action. The job was completed on time, with careful attention to locating the property pin, cutting straight lines into the sod, installing 4x6 treated wood, compacting the driveway like cement, and leaving the site spotless. Professional, honest, and thorough--highly recommended!

I could not post without selecting a star otherwise I would not rate this business or refer to any…read moreone. I got the estimate for both pressure wash & painting. Estimate was accepted & he came for pressure wash. But as soon the power wash was completed (not a good job), he refused to provide painting services. On asking why he's refusing he told me that it took him more time than anticipated & still i am complaining about the spots being missed. Well he is the one who estimated time & cost. He simply refused the other job just for showing him few missed spots (I have a whole lot of pictures of the other areas not cleaned properly). Then he complained about quoting me low & there's not enough margin & i am still complaining. Think logically, you looked at the house from top to bottom, talked about everything that will be done, figured out things & estimated it. I am paying almost $1300 to get this single job done (out of 2) as was promised to me. If it's taking longer, it's your problem & not mine. If you have not done your job properly, i have the right to complaint. You promised, you deliver. He was really upset and while packing up he called his bookkeeper to invoice me & told me specifically that it needs to be paid off the same day. After an hour of leaving my house he texted me that if i don't pay him by the end of the same day, he will be placing a lien on my house for bad debt. Seriously!!!!! He just wasted my time & money. I could have gotten the same service done for cheaper & he kept boasting about giving me good deal. If this business is not aware of the fact, please note customers always get quotes from different places before finalizing a deal. So you were not the cheapest. There were others quoting me better price on pressure wash than you. I chose you because it was a better deal getting both pressure wash & painting done from same company.

I also asked them for a exterior painting quote which I will have them do as well . Thanks again great job

We had John Wynn from Wynning Design & Landscaping provide a quote to clean up our small patio…read more The quote provided by John included; lifting our pavers, removing the weeds and pressure washing the patio. John seemed like a nice guy and provided a decent quote. He quickly took a deposit and said he come and do the job. About 3-4 months, and over 2 dozen emails/calls later, John finally came to do the job. However, he only did a very surface level clean and then sent multiple emails daily asking for his final payment, with an excuse about having to come back to finish the job. Needless to say, several months and many broken promises later, our patio still has weeds and looks about the same at the start of the project. If you ever have the misfortune of having John Wynn quote a project for you, I strongly advise being cautious of the promises made with a smile and find someone else. And, if you do happen to take a chance on him, do not cave into his pressure to pay until you confirm the job has been completed as quoted, otherwise you will never see John Wynn or your money again.
