Established in 1984.

All-star concrete was started by Mike stewart and then a few years after in 2010 it was passed along to youngest brother Ryan Stewart, Since then we have developed a lot and also will be expanding our business in the spring of 2018 to another location in Abbotsford BC and Kelowna BC.

All-star Concrete is a family owned business. Started back in 1984 by Michael Stewart in Port Moody BC and then a few years in the business, All-star Concrete was passed along to Ryan Stewart and moved the location to Delta BC, the company’s focus has never changed – provide quality workmanship and excellent service. As our reputation as a talented and conscientious concrete contractor expanded, we were approached by companies and individuals who needed solutions to ever more complex concrete projects. We tackled these projects head on and filled a void in the industry. There are many concrete placers in the industry and we wanted to differentiate ourselves from the masses. And that is exactly what All-star Concrete has done. We decided long ago that we would challenge ourselves in the concrete industry and accept the unique projects which required not only talent and experience, but patience, perseverance, and thinking outside the box. Last night my partner and I were driving home, we put on our signal and changed lanes safely and…read morewithout cutting anyone off. A big white pick up truck in that lane took such insult to us going in front of him, that he proceeded to lay on his horn for MINUTES. A ridiculously long time. Real Mature; GREAT FOR BUSSINESS!! NOT! But that isn't all. After laying on the horn, he then decided that it wasn't enough to show his displeasure, so he threw on his high beams and tailgated us FROM EAST VAN all the way to DOWNTOWN. We're talking a long DANGEROUS drive. We even got in the other lane, and sped ahead to get a car in between us, but that lasted for 10 seconds until he then did the same, got right behind us again, tailgated, us AGAIN threw on high beams AGAIN; And this is in traffic so we were stuck with him. What's even worse, is he was driving his company car. YOUR COMPANY CAR So, Palmieri Brothers (paving and contracting) - not only did your staff look / act like a total bully and asshole, but it made your company look horrible for hiring such a rude and angry little man. And to the driver - no matter how big a car you drive, you actions can make you look very very small. We had the pleasure of getting to know your company on the evening of October 29th; incase you're wanting to find the lovely staff member that graced us with his presence. Sincerely, A NEVER CUSTOMER
