Mike and his team have done a couple of projects for me already. All i can say is that in this line of work, honesty and integrity is very important. Mike has an abundance of both. He is very professional and does not inflate prices like others. He even goes the extra mile by providing a few extras if he can. Highly reliable and efficient. Does excellent work and finishes on time and on budget. He is also very open to communication and will always listen to your ideas and provide excellent suggestions. We have lived in our house for almost 40 years, never bothered to have our drainage tiles checked…read more (House is on crawl) Planning on doing a major deck renovation and didn't want to do it without knowing the drainage tile underneath it would be ok. Called Perimeter, Craig got back to me and did the inspection/ cleaning within my timeframe. Found that the tile at the front of the house was blocked and cleaned it out. Professional, friendly, cost was within my expectation, and I am very pleased that was the only issue identified. No qualms in recommending Perimeter Drainage to deal with drainage issues.

From our first inquiry phone call through to a thorough clean up after the job was completed, Chris, Craig, Kyle & Drew were excellent. We had a recurring sewer backup that needed to be corrected. Craig and his crew assessed the situation, scoped it out, prepped and protected the area before digging up a section of our side yard, explained and updated us frequently, took photos of their progress and drew sketches to further explain the issues, used multiple augers to break through a tricky jam, replaced old piping, added a much needed clean out, and then backfilled and did a thorough tidy up of the area. Craig & his crew were positive, polite, knowledgeable, experienced, hard working and a pleasure to have on site. A detailed quote for the anticipated work to be completed was provided prior to starting the job, and there were no hidden costs, up charges or any other surprises when we received the final bill. We recommend them without hesitation!

They are pretty busy this time of year, so we had to wait, but the wait was worth it. The large team of painters came equipped, ready to paint the entire exterior in one day, beginning at 8:30am (prompt!) and finishing around 5:30pm. The owner came on the day to greet us and instruct his team (of 5-6 painters) on the colours. He returned in the middle of the day to check on the progress. They were professional and thorough, taping/using parchment and drop cloths to protect the grounds and walls from paint. They cleaned everything up upon completion. I highly recommend ProPainters. This is the second time I have used them with great satisfaction (first was interior, also completed by a large team in one day). The price was fair, the job was executed excellently and professionally.

He said he showed the pictures to his supervisor, and that a rough estimate for the work to be done was in the $8,000-$10,000 range. I made an appointment with Joe to come to our house and make a formal estimate and explain my different options for cabinet doors etc. The appointment was for 1:00 pm. At 1:35, he was not at the house yet so I called him and asked if he was on his way. He said he had been "half-way there," and called us, but no one answered so he assumed we were busy and he apparently turned around and left. When I checked later, it seems he did call my cel, but I did not get his call and his number is not identified. He did not leave a message at all. When I spoke with him on the phone he said that the estimate was now about $15,000 with a countertop and $10,000 without one.( I was not asking or interested in a countertop.) He did not explain why he decided to cancel our appointment or why he would call but leave no message. If he had identified himself in a message, I could have called him back. I asked him if this is usually the way Kitchen Tune up does business and gives estimates. I explained that we had had an appointment to get an estimate in writing. I asked him if he was coming to the house at all, and he said it would be another 40 minutes if I wanted him to turn up. I then explained that Kitchen Tune Up had lost my business and I would be using a company that conducted themselves more professionally.
