Our only issue was that the product wasn't immediately washed off one of our balconies and balcony furniture so it did create a cleaning job for us and damaged the finish of the chairs. However, accidents happen. Rotban responded well to our concerns and voluntarily paid for the chairs that were damaged. This project was fairly expensive but it will be worth it if the roof remains moss free for the promised five year period, saving us a costly roof replacement expense.
