HOWEVER, the dipping sauce it was served with was terrible. It tasted like a Pina Colada...so much coconut. I dont know why anyone would serve that dipping sauce with calamari. It was disgusting. But even without the dipping sauce the calamari was still really good. We then shared the Italian Pizza. Man...I've eaten a lot of pizza in my days. This may be top 5 all time. The crust was so crunchy, thin, and perfect. The sausage on top was amazing- as were all the other toppings. Its difficult to describe how perfect this pizza was. I will legitimately dream about it. It is the pizza all other pizzas strive to be. Straight up- I dont care how far you live. Just come and get a pizza- do not hesitate. But why 3 stars? For one, the service was just ok. Our waiter was very friendly but he didn't come out to ask us how the food was and after we were finished he never came out to clean the table or ask if we needed anything else. I ended up having to walk in to pay for the meal. And also, this place is way too expensive. For one beer, one appetizer, and one pizza it was $56 before tip. I'm tempted to give this 4 stars, but for a dine-in experience its only 3. But still, go try their pizza. Its insane

The pizzas were dry, barely any cheese or sauce. The middle was undercooked doe, didn't even rise. The party organizer showed me the receipt with the toppings specified to confirm what was requested. It was by far the worst pizza I've eaten in Georgetown. The organizer contacted Pizzaiolo to advise them of the poor service and the employee responded there's nothing he can do because it was someone else that made it. Wow ! Safe to say 5 families in Georgetown from the party will definitely not be buying pizza from Pizzaiolo Georgetown.

The gentleman on the phone tried explaining to me how extra cheese counts as a "double topping". With the deal you get 2 extra large pizza's with three toppings, I have ordered this countless times for Friday work lunches for my coworkers and I, never have I been double charged for extra cheese when it applied towards one of my three toppings. That's greedy and unacceptable. I tried letting reason with me but his sole excuse was "it counts as a double topping" I countered with "if cheese alone does not count as a topping how does extra cheese count as a double?" To which he replied the exact same response over and over. I will never eat at this location again. I watch my bills and receipts and noticed a slight increase in price over time which I understand due to the costs in business going up but this is a ridiculous grotesque violation of proper treatment of long time customers in favour of an extra buck or two. This business is not suffering so a policy change like this is just a money grab. Unacceptable, I'd rather give my money to business who cares about their customers.
