Although Future Ford of Roseville is about a 20-minute longer drive for me, it was totally worth it. I brought my Harley-Davidson F-150 in for service and did my best to describe the issues and strange noises I was hearing. Don and the technicians listened carefully, dug deep into the problems, and fixed every issue they found. What really impressed me was the communication throughout the entire process. Don kept me informed with detailed updates, videos, and photos of what the technicians found and the repairs being made. When I picked up my truck, he took the time to walk me through everything again, showing me additional pictures and videos while clearly explaining what had been repaired and why. Don has the kind of customer service you rarely find anymore. It reminded me of finally finding that doctor with an incredible bedside manner, someone who not only diagnoses the problem correctly but also takes the time to explain the cause and the cure in a way you can understand. Future Ford of Roseville has earned my trust, and Don Smith has earned a loyal customer. Even with the extra drive, this is where I'll be bringing my truck from now on. On the way to the dealer the vehicle took a turn for the worse literally as I pulled into the dealers driveway, port fuel injector stuck open. Was told the injector stuck open and it needed all 8 port injectors. After the injectors were replaced it was recommended to have a manager drive the vehicle to check for the miss, he got it to happen once but not after that. The vehicle was there for about two weeks. The Saturday I picked up the car,  as it was pulling up,  I saw obvious damage to the right front splitter that was not there when I dropped off the car. I spoke to a manager that said to contact the advisor Monday. I thought ok, I'll give them the courtesy instead of demanding a loaner vehicle and leaving the vehicle until it was repaired. As I pulled  out of the front of the dealership I roll slightly into the throttle and the check engine light comes on flashing, clearly not fixed. Over the next two weeks I left messages  for the advisor, the manager and the general manager regarding the damage with no responses. I finally heard from the manager and he agreed to order parts and repair the vehicle and provide a loaner car- this took roughly 5 weeks to resolve. I dropped off the car for repair with a full tank of gas. When the repairs were finished and I arrived to pick up the car after hours,I noticed the fuel gauge was now at 3/4 tank and the mpg drop was 21+ mpg to 18.5 mpg.  I compared the odometer listing on the RO to the actual odometer and it was off by 32 miles.  I contacted the dealer to find out where the repair work was done - 15 miles away which explained  the mileage but didn't  explain the fuel use.  I drove the vehicle the next day to and from work 101 miles round trip and used 1/4 tank of fuel and the mpg went up to 22.2 mpg.  Whoever drove the car was pushing it far more than what was needed to drive the car to and from the  body shop. This makes me believe they were driving very aggressively with the car. I reached out to the service manager regarding the aggressive driving concerns - I left the car in the care of the dealer and would have expected it to be driven responsibly. I have not heard back from anyone.  Take this review as you will. This would NEVER fly at the dealer I work for or any other dealer I've ever worked for.  Not impressed with the lack of care and consideration for my vehicle. Oh ...and the original problem I brought it in for? Never fixed.

During my looking process, I went to multiple Hertz Car Sales locations and test drove a few cars but this staff really did everything in their power. Adriana and Ron both met my excitement with buying a new car just as much as they met my need for satisfaction with my purchase. After walking around cars and asking about year, milage, price, how long each car has been on the lot, trim and compating make mode and beyond -- I was met with knowledge, experience and patience. Sometimes it feels as though its hard to find good customer service but coming to Hertz on the 3 trips that I made - - Adriana and Curtis went over and beyond. I intentionally went and avoided them while being met with great service and given space when I needed it. After buying my car Ron and Adrianna helped me get my license plates in a timely manner when there was a discrepancy that happened to be completely out of their hands and on the side of the DMV. Adriana made calls and got it done within 2 weeks. The last thing that I can say is their finance/sales Curtiss Breeze explained everything that I could add to my package, ways to utilize my credit in buying and thw options that Hertz provided. He was so knowledgeable and made me feel happy to commit to a new loan despite coming in with a pre-approval letter from my bank. Thank you guys for your assistance Ron, Curtiss and Adrianna!
