Rude and pushy saleswomen but I accepted it because they had the car I wanted at a good price that I couldn't find anywhere else in the surrounding 45 min radius. The car ended up having a ton of electrical issues , I found out it had 3 different aftermarket auto starters in the car which was wild they told me it was factory when I got the car well that was a lie and someone messed with all the wiring. When I got it all fixed my mechanic showed me so many fried wires. Which made me so angry. I also had to replace the alternator the radiator the driver side control arm and so much more. I've put about $7k into the car all together which defeated the purposes of buying a used car when I ended up paying new car amount. Buyer beware and stay clear of this place.

I have a 2017 Sierra Denali that I brought in for a new transmission in June. There was nothing…read morewrong with the rest of the truck, it just needed a new transmission that costed $8,700.00. After picking it up it was worse than the old one. My suspension system light came on. They told me it would be $3,000 to fix. I checked the wire and it was unplugged. Since then I brought it back to have the transmission looked at since I had a warranty. We'll they said there is nothing wrong and it needs a computer update and now a motor mount. They didn't catch on the initial visit. We'll I brought it in to have the motor mount and computer update done. The next day my steering was tight and I found ball bearing on my floor. They had to take apart the steering shaft to get to the motor mount. And now my steering is messed up and they are saying I have to pay for it now. There was nothing wrong with it before and they are refusing to help me out since my extended warranty wont pay for the part. At first they told me the bearings cant be repaired and the part is 1700 dollars. Now they called back and said the part can be fixed but they want $475 to do it. I feel that because I have an extended warranty they are trying to take advantage of me and my warranty and I dont think I should have to pay for something they messed up. Side note: the whole service shop employees switched places with another dealership. I wonder how often they do this.

I called 3 weeks later and was told the engine was backordered. I did not receive any updates and I had to initiate any conversation. The engine was completed two months later but a check engine light turned on when I drove off the lot. After admitting the purge pump failed somehow while on their lot waiting for the engine replacement, I was told by the manager tough luck and it'll be another top market repair. Be prepared no communication, no accountability, and to be nickled and dimed.  I was laughed at when I said I'd share my experience online. Avoid.

I'm just saying beware because their sneaky and I wish they never did that cause I did love the car and wanted it badly and everything was fine until that point . I'm giving them 1 star because they did treat me good up until then but I dont like the fact that their willing to scam people and they laughed at me when I called them out on their bs. He asked me what we were doing in the parking lot and told him we have to start somewhere to find out about down payments what kind of a car we were looking for and all the questions that I needed answered. To make this very long story short, we spoke to a very nice sales man. I told him exactly what I was doing there and that's exactly what he did. He answered my questions, and then we met Mark. The bottom line, there was no stupidity where they asked for my keys , drove off with my car, stood there for the full day, and all that horrifying stuff that we dealt with in the past . I tried a couple I found the car that I liked drove around did what we had to do ; and NO, bologna , as I said ! We picked up the car yesterday with a full tank of gas, nice clean and shiny, and my monthly payments are very reasonable after some of the horror stories that I've heard of what people pay monthly nowadays! My car has always come back from him expertly repaired. His two mechanics (Rob & Dave) and the best in the business and know exactly what they are doing. They can (and have) been able to just listen to the car and tell me exactly what the problem is. Whether minor or major work, It always gets done one time, on budget and there has only been 2 returns for the same problem as they had different options for the solution to the problem. They tried one and when that didn't solve it, they tried the other. They didn't want to change out 2 parts at the same time as they would not know which of the 2 was actually causing the problem. Bought a car from them 10 months ago. Well, ten months later, my car goes up on a lift to get the transmission case fixed and literally, my car cracks in half on the lift. My whole back end fell out. Upon further inspection my mechanic informed me that they spray foamed and bondo'd my frame back together. The kicker? They spray painted it all black so the work they did wasn't visible to the naked eye.. It should've been in a junk yard, not a dealer lot. I'm just thankful it broke in half up on lift and not when I was out with my three kids. I've messaged them, but no response. I'm more baffled they pieced together a car that should've been totaled and sold it! Not sure what to do at this point now since they won't even respond to messages regarding what their mechanics did to the frame the car. Bunchaaaa sneaks!!
