My family moved to Rhode Island in October after living my whole life in the upper Midwest. I found out about Saccucci Honda because I drove by it on the way to my parents house in Middletown. Jason Poston in your service department is a huge asset to the dealership. He has helped me with numerous things from day one, including things like spilled soda making the parking brake sticky to putting on my RI plates to inspecting the underside of the car when I drove over a curb recently. While I was there to get the underside of the car looked at I showed him some damage to the bumper from when a F150 had recently hit my parked car. I had been planning to take it to Quonset because they're like 1/4 mile from where I live, but when I was in the service department Jason grabbed Michaela from the collision center and showed her the damage. I was dubious that they could repair it just by refinishing the bumper, and so she looked it over. I didn't notice at all, but Michaela immediately saw that the trunk alignment was off. She reminded me that I'm able to take it anywhere I choose for the repair, so I cancelled my appointment with Quonset. Within a couple weeks they were able to get my car in for repair, and I had a lovely CRV to drive while it was fixed. I dropped my car off on Monday morning, and on Friday I got an email from her that my car was ready. But after that I got a call from USAA saying they found more damage and had to do another inspection. I was so confused! I called Michaela, and she immediately straightened me out. It really was ready. USAA just took their time calling me (they'd been out days prior). It's a 2017 Civic, so I was SO pleased to see that my car looks good as new. And the inside and outside were beautifully detailed. I was so happy with my experience that I will continue going to Saccucci for all my needs even though my parents moved off the island and it's a 40 minute drive each way. They're just that good!

I have been doing business with Saccucci Honda for over ten years, I bought parts through their…read moreonline parts store and was so pleased with how I was treated that I flew one of my planes to Newport State Airport, more than once, and loaded up cases of Honda ATF, antifreeze and other parts. I drove all three of my Honda Pilots an hour and fifty minutes to have them perform various service work. In January of 2025 I had them install a timing belt kit on one of my Pilots. On October 24th the engine stopped while I was at a traffic light and it would not restart. I had triple A tow it back my house. Since I don't drive this Pilot during the winter I let it sit until spring 2026 to see what the problem was. I figured a battery, alternator or fuel pump. After a new battery made no difference I made an appointment to have the car towed by flatbed to Saccucci on April 13th. The service writer told me the week prior that there would be no problem with giving me a loaner car when I asked on the phone. On April 13th I rode with the tow truck driver to Saccucci. When I met with the service writer (Jason) and signed the work order I asked about the loaner car. Jason said he could not give me one. Not a good situation, especially since he told me the week before it would not be a problem. I did get a loaner car from the service writer next to Jason. On Tuesday April 14th Jason called me to tell me that timing belt had broken in two places. When I brought up the fact that the timing belt failed with less than 4000 miles and the failure occurred on October 24th, both well within the 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty period Jason told me they were NOT going to warranty it because I brought the car in April, 2026. I had them perform the necessary repair which cost me over $900.00. When I discussed this with their general operations manager and asked how he would feel about this his reply was " I wouldn't be happy but I would pay my bill". He also made it blatantly obvious that he could not care less if I was a long-time repeat customer of Saccucci Honda. I paid the bill and left. I contacted Honda of North America and told them of this situation. Long story short, I sent them all kinds of documentation, they investigated and after a week or so Honda of North America called me to tell me they were going to reimburse the entire cost of this repair. I received the check and am happy with the outcome. I called and left a voice message for Carol Saccucci to please call me. No return phone call so it's obvious the owners couldn't care less either. Will I ever buy parts from or have Saccucci Honda work on any of my Honda vehicles? Not a chance. I will however buy more Honda vehicles, but not from Saccucci Honda.

I was basically was told good luck trying to get higher up involved. Talk about unprofessional and bad customer service, even if the workers did or did not do it this is not how you do customer service and resolving an issue for something that was clearly not there when the vehicle was brought in , also I was targeted and marked from a few years ago from them because a worker had a field day getting my car dirty oil all over my seat and not a little dirt alot of dirt all over my driver side and I was upset and asked them to clean it the way I had it when dropped off. Neither to say they had it out for me since, making smart remarks like I wouldn't notice. Yes I have ocd my car is always spotless, yes I expected my car to come back the way I had it. And I'm pretty sure if this was your car you would be very angry too. But they don't care !! I do not recommend this place from the service and the rudeness from these people said it all

I brought it in because the brake shutter when braking, and my AC was blowing warm air. The service guy was such a fast-talking scammer. After $ 4,268 in fees, the real problems started: yes, they did rotors, calipers, and pads and changed fluids. But after a few days, I almost crashed through the front of Cumberland Farms with no brakes with the pedal to the floor. It was dripping fluid from the passenger right front side. They had it towed back into the service department to "Fix" that problem. A few days after picking up my truck, the loud screeching sound started, so I returned it. They said it was fixed, then a few days later, a louder scratching noise started, so I brought it back in, where they said there was nothing they did wrong, but because my truck was 12 years old, and the dust shields were rusted out. Ok, but they didn't see that on the other inspections. The Service Fast talker scammer told me it would be another $400-$4,000 to fix that problem. I declined. When I removed the driver's left side caliper, it immediately started leaking brake fluid from the damaged line. I bought a new brake line and replaced the damaged one. I also easily removed the rusted dust shield. Surprisingly, the dust shield on the passenger side wasn't even attached and was rubbing on the rotor. To say I was angry puts it lightly. The service guys had to know it wasn't even attached, especially after replacing the parts twice at that wheel. I will never recommend the Service Department at Langway Toyota of Newport and NEVER give them another dime. Read all the negative reviews on the service department it's BAD.

BMW of Newport had an appointment set and loaner available within one business day. My service advisor was Jack who I found to be very professional and thorough. I dropped my car off, was set up in the loaner and on my way within 10 minutes. Jack called me a few hours later to go over the issues I had reported and then offered to keep the car overnight to try to identify when the car was cold started. Come to find out there was no issue with the car but Jack went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the findings or should I say lack of and I mean that positively. I went back to pick up my car and was greeted by the friendly receptionist and then Jack who gave me the service slip and keys to my car which was fresh through their car wash. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here but wish they were closer to my house. I will however be back if the wait is extensive at my local dealer. Thank you for a positive experience, I highly recommend them!

In September of last year, I purchased a 2023 BMW 430i from BMW of Newport. It is, without…read moreexaggeration, one of the worst purchasing decisions I have made -- and not because of minor dissatisfaction, but because of a fundamental issue that was never properly disclosed. This car is equipped with the M Sport package and a fixed, performance-tuned suspension with no adaptive dampening. That means you are locked into a rigid, track-style ride 100% of the time. There is no option to soften it, no ability to adjust it, and no relief from it. This is not a small detail--it is the defining characteristic of how the car drives. And yet, it was never meaningfully explained during the sales process. Now I'm stuck with this horrible mistake for the next five years of my life. This vehicle is, for all practical purposes, intolerable on real-world roads--especially in New England. I am not talking about potholes or major defects. I am talking about normal, everyday road imperfections. Every minor inconsistency in the pavement slam directly through the frame of this car with sharp, jarring force. The ride is harsh, unforgiving, and completely out of step with what anyone would reasonably expect from a daily driver at this price point. The factory run-flat tires made it even worse. Within three days of ownership, I spent an additional $1,200 replacing them just to make the car usable mindful I don't have a spare. Even after that expense, the problem remains. The suspension itself is the issue, and there is no fixing it. I'm having difficulty finding the language to express just how upset I am. What makes this unacceptable is how avoidable it was. The test drive was conducted on a route that conveniently avoided the kinds of road conditions that would have immediately exposed this problem. At no point was I told, clearly and directly, that I was buying a car with a permanently aggressive suspension and no adaptive capability. Did they lie outright? No. But failing to disclose something this central to the driving experience -- while steering the test drive in a way that masks it -- is, at best, a serious omission. At worst, it reflects a sales process that prioritizes closing the deal over ensuring the buyer understands what they are purchasing. The experience after the sale only reinforced that impression. I received repeated, unsolicited sales messages encouraging me to come back and look at other vehicles -- after I had already purchased one. Multiple requests to stop were ignored. I ultimately had to block their number. At this point, I refuse to deal with them and now go out of my way to service the car at BMW of Warwick instead. To be direct: this is not buyer's remorse over preferences or minor features. This is the result of not being told something essential. A fixed M Sport suspension without adaptive dampening fundamentally changes what this car is. That is information any reasonable buyer would want before committing to a long - term purchase. Instead, I am left with a car that is absurd to drive and a purchase I regret on a daily basis. If you are considering buying from this dealership, do not rely on what is or is not mentioned. Verify everything yourself--especially anything that affects how the car actually drives.
