Betty was the only one who actually listened to everything we needed AND wanted, plus checked on a lot of things no one else did and made a few great suggestions. Their estimate was higher than others we got but it became VERY clear that the difference was worth paying. The team is incredibly skilled and they were constantly checking on details I would have never even considered. They were very respectful of our space, used high-quality materials, and made sure nothing affected our HOA restrictions (as much as we wish we could replace the fence!). Betty was always in communication and easy to reach with questions, and she stopped by at several points in the process to see that everything was meeting her high standards. basement remodel : I hired Nick Ray to remodel a home in Roswell. The previous owner did some…read moreremodel work in the basement by expanding the bathroom and adding a small kitchenette with cute tile etc, he also divided the living area into a smaller living area and a bedroom. We hired Nick to open up the two rooms, remove the paneling walls. Sheet rock them and raise the celing from 7 ft to 8 ft. Nick re- worked the duck working so that the ceiling being raised would work. He installed Saltillo tile flooring in the area to match what was already in the living portion of the room. But to top it all off, I was so glad I hired Nick, as he uncovered a great mistake the previous owner did when he added the kitchette and expanded the bathroom size. The previous owner cut out load baring wall that supported the upstairs hallway and bathroom. Nick came up with a solution that saved taking the bathroom and kitchette out. We also had him take live edge walnut wood that we bought in Tellico Plains and created a bar edge around our pool table, redid the stairs with the walnut steps and reworked the kitchette to have raw edge details. The basement is now a masterpiece that no other person can have. Thanks Nick for saving my home from collapsing on me and giving me a uniquely different man's cave for my wonderful husband.

Sunny estimated his guys could get the job done in 10-12 business days. They got it done in 9 total days. Sunny thought some of my floor tiling might get destroyed and might have to get replaced when his workers demolished the shower. Instead they demolished the shower and had everything out of the house for trash pick-up in a few hours without scratching a single tile on the floor. His team constantly exceeded expectations. They showed up on time every day and worked almost non-stop until the end of the day. At the end of it all, the quality of work done by everyone on the team was top notch. Late arrivals, the crew had no regard for my property during demolition. They through stuff all on my beds. Then just left it. I had to call and ask who's gone move my furniture back. My staircase was basically put together with cheap laminate in which the nails are starting to protrude through this cheap peice leaving chalking everywhere. He installed 4 structural posts, replaced ties and repaired as needed. He is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond to get the job done. His bid included addressing the structural issues instead of just replacing ties at a very good bid while the other 2 contractors just wanted to replace ties and never discussed the lack of dead men/supports in one area of the wall. He cleaned up after he was done and it was left immaculate. I would highly recommend Mark and would call on him again. Very friendly and good man, one of the best contractors I've hired.

I got a prompt reply from someone named Chad, which was promising since he was so quick to respond and let me know that he could call me on Monday to discuss (this was a Friday) or I could call their office. I thanked him for his quick response, gave him my contact information, and told him I looked forward to hearing from him on Monday. Well, Monday came and went and I heard nothing from anyone, so I called the number that was listed in his reply and left a voicemail asking for a call back to schedule an estimate or discuss further. It has now been more than a month and I still haven't heard from this company. If they are this bad at communicating from the start, I would not have high hopes for actually working with them. I was disappointed since the Yelp reviews were promising. I'm glad that others have had better experiences with Knoble Engineering and was hoping I would be able to add to their positive reviews, but unfortunately that was not the case. I don't feel it makes sense for me to chase someone that I am trying to give my business to. Luckily, I found another engineer for my project that has been far more responsive.
