Calling and looking this morning at so many disappointing ads that had hidden issues as well as only taking pics of the good sides of cars/SUV's as well as interior pics, missing the pieces of missing dash, tore seats etc. In there pictures. Thought I would take a drive to check out the used dealers on King George Blvd. I was so relieved when I stopped in at PRIME AUTO. The cars and SUV's were priced honestly and the owner worked with my sister's needs as she was looking for a safe AWD vehicle. Zoran, the owner showed us all documentation on the vehicles she was interested in, not missing any details. Test drove and found her perfect vehicle for her newly pregnant daughter. Zoran was easy to deal with, actually a breath of fresh air after visiting several other dealers in the area with very bad experiences, being told the four leaks under 1 vehicle was just oil build up from not driving for several weeks by a mechanic after telling the saleswoman she needed a safe vehicle that needed to be able to drive home 17 hours and be safe for her daughter. Car and SUV with multiple problems that each of the other dealers telling her these problems were nothing but quirks that each vehicle has not effecting performance it is just things you have to accept. I will not name these other dealers on King George Blvd. We were ready to give up when the last dealer on the Blvd. PRIME AUTO was a total different experience. Just walking around his lot seeing higher end vehicles and an assortment for many different people's needs. Highly recommend seeing PRIME AUTO before seeing other dealers. If you buy a car from this dealership - take it for an inspection! My 2019 Rav 4 Hybrid that I bought with 29,000 km didn't even have the two sets of the same size tires on it. And the Carfax report. Meaningless. Toyota and Boyd Autobody determined that it had been in a significant accident and was poorly repaired. Asked them for a rebate to help fix the $6500 autobody estimate and buy correct sized tires and nothing but a gong show run around and excuses and blame on everyone but themselves. They tried to say it was missed by them. How? They have 25 years in the car business and they missed tires that were two different sizes? Just take it for an inspection and don't pay full asking price like I did!

Then he showed me how easy it would be for me to get into the Cadillac. All he needed was $2000 and my trade in. I asked him to hold it for a few days while I thought it over. I came back a few days later and the truck was still there waiting for me. I gave Lee the deposit but I told him I needed a few days to clean up my old truck before I brought it in for the trade. Lee agreed. A week later I returned to finalize the deal. When Lee ran the numbers, it turned out the truck was too much for my budget. Lee bent over backwards to work the deal. He even included an eighteen month warranty. I ended up with a super nice new truck at payment within my budget. To my surprise, Lee had the truck fully detailed as an extra bonus. Even though, he had told me orginally, I was getting the truck as I had seen it on the test drive. I was not expecting to meet someone like Lee at a small used car dealership. Moji Kazemi is a salesman that selectively preys on vulnerable customers such as tourists and people with limited funds. Moji and his colleagues will lie and say absolutely anything to get you to buy a car. He and his 'mechanic' convinced me that the car I was buying was in good working order by lying about the real state of the vehicle. After just one week of owning the vehicle, the car broke down and wouldn't start again. I discovered the car needs replacement of 6 different sensors at a total cost of over $1300. After contacting choose super auto, they were very uncooperative and unwilling to cover the costs and honor their warranty, and they were very rude on the phone. Only after weeks of arguing, and being sent backwards and forwards between him and his 'manager', did I receive a fraction of the money I had to spend just to get this car repaired to where it would start. I have now filed a formal complaint with the BC vehicle sales authority to hopefully in the future protect others from these people. If you are reading this before deciding to make a purchase with this company, consider yourself lucky you still have a chance to avoid them.

They have a 2015 Honda Pilot with 9,825KMS and an asking price of $39,995. In my initial conversation with Eduardo Guillo where I made an offer that was not accepted; however, Eduardo informed me via email that the lowest price that the owners of Kabani would accept is $39,470. Over the last four days, we continued to discuss the Pilot and decided yesterday, Sunday, April 10th, 2022, that would engage with the dealership again to make an offer. This time around we dealt with Summit K. Biswas. Over a period of 3 hours, we communicated via text and phone. During this period, we discussed the value of their $299 administration fee and further negotiated on price. With each offer, Summit returned to the owners of the dealership to present my offer and continuously kept coming back in writing that they would not accept anything less than $39,000. We came to the decision that we would pay the price and provided Summit with my credit card over the phone, and it was charged with a $1000 non-refundable deposit I planned to fly to Vancouver to pick up the SUV. Approximately, a half-hour later I received a text message from Summit, stating that the boss there is no discount on that vehicle, yet last week they were prepared to take $500 off. Over the course of the negotiation process, Summit contacted the owners of the dealership more than three (3) times to discuss the price and then revoked our agreement and wanted me to pay full price. The reason given, is the owners didn't have good cell service and didn't hear the offer correctly, yet they were very familiar with the conversation I had the previous week with Eduardo and the offer. Whatever you decide to do with this dealership and its owners be VERY CAREFUL. They are not ethical and do NOT operate with integrity. I had to request multiple times to have them credit my VISA and ended up calling the bank to report it as fraud. Below are the screenshots of our text message conversation.
