They told us who to expect to show up during the work day (inspectors, materials delivery and additional crew). The office staff was fantastic Leticia bent over backwards to be sure that we received the documents on time with complete accuracy. I had a difficult time opening one of the documents on my computer so she helped me change the doc so I could read it, she even printed it out for me and had it delivered before the end of the day.
