The original roof only had skip sheathing since the house was built in the late 1970's and had to be up to code (7/16 OSB plywood sheathing, 30lb synthetic underlayment, bird stop flashing and new composition shingles over the AC system along with transition flashing along both sides of the AC system) for a solar panel install. It took the crew from start to finish in one weeks time. The concrete tile was broken as well as chipped and had to be replaced which was done after project completion. As a homeowner, be present while the work is being done so that any issues with the install is addressed, which for me were many. Overall, good value and money well spent

Additionally, they told us that the panels are likely installed incorrectly. Why didn't this come up when they did the initial inspection? It should have been the first thing they told us. If you are looking for a quality re-roof or roof repair, look no further…read more My roof needed repair because the shingles from Certainteed were defective. I had never had a roof problem before, but with the recent rain, we had a leak. I received quotes from five companies. I wasn't necessarily looking for the cheapest but wanted to find a company that would stand behind their product and were certified to install that product. I chose GAF and had all the companies quote me on the same product. Not only was Dynamic Roofing less expensive, but Dean and his team were easy to work with and really cared about doing it the right way. They would clean up every day and use a magnet on wheels to find any staples or nails on the ground. Even when the job was completed, he asked me if there was anything he needed to do to make sure I was happy. Great service, quality product, great warrantee, excellent price, and someone that cares about my home as much as I do? It doesn't get any better than that. Call Dean at Dynamic. You won't be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Grandmark Service Company to address some long-overdue…read morerepairs on my 34-year-old home, including the air conditioning unit and roof. After gathering quotes from several companies, I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of their representatives. One person who truly stood out was McKay Bigler , main point of contact, from Grandmark Service. I had noticed their trucks working on a neighbor's roof before, so I was already familiar with their reputation. McKay B. approached the situation with professionalism and a clear understanding of my tile roof's specific needs. He listened carefully as I shared what my home inspector had noted for repairs and confirmed those requirements. Additionally, he provided a detailed estimate for my aging AC unit, which I knew needed attention soon. McKay gave me various tiered options and explained everything thoroughly, assuring me that there was no pressure to make an immediate decision. He followed up as promised, checking in twice after our initial meeting. Just before our scheduled repair, my AC unit failed completely--a day before we were expecting scorching temperatures. McKay graciously arranged for his team to bring me a portable AC unit, ensuring I had some relief while I made my decision. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and trust in providing the loaner, especially since I work from home. The following morning, a dedicated crew of eight or so arrived bright and early to begin the work. Moy the repair lead, introduced his team, and I was impressed by their efficiency and teamwork. They tackled the roof repairs and the AC installation seamlessly, even using a crane for the new Bosch unit. The installation team worked diligently in the attic, widening the main vent and installing fire alarms and a new thermostat. They also installed new rain gutters. The entire project, which started on June 9th and was completed by noon on June 11th, took just two and a half days. Throughout the process, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved, including the repair lead Moises-Moy, and Miguel , Rob and David, Francisco with HVAC install, Alex, and Juan who replaced the rain gutter system. McKay, and office professionals Antonio, and Carmen checked in on me, providing updates along the way. What truly set Grandmark apart was the transparency they offered. They emailed me photos and video clips of each stage of the work, allowing me to see the progress without having to go on the roof myself. I am incredibly grateful for their dedication and skill. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone in need of roof repairs to reach out to Grandmark for a quote. Their knowledgeable team, no-pressure sales approach, and impressive turnaround time make them a standout choice in our valley. I feel fortunate to have found such a reliable company! I called expecting them to offer a free service since brand new system (changed air filter every month)... when they came out they said my Compressor had cracked!? I said ok, I know im still under warranty pheww.. they then explained that it would cost me about $2,600 just for Labor! Mind you they said its a half day job... I had to agree, assuming since im under warranty with this company, no other company would know or have the specifics of my Unit... ok so they had the compressor shipped to my address, which was a little odd because they made me call them so they can come and pick it up, then take it away, then come back with it when the job would be done!? Ok.. didn't think much of it just a little odd. Finally the worker came to replace the compressor and was done within 1.5 hours. I would be happy to change my review if I knew 2,600 isnt excessive for a 2 hour job, only coolant and labor.. Also, about a year ago, the Unit failed once again.. this time we called another company. They came out and fixed withing 10 minutes.. said it was some exposed wiring that caused a safety shut off or something to that sort, and he fixed it by taping it together. Said it was so easy he only charged us $20... what kind of New AC Unit has loose wires? Now, our family is just walking on eggshells waiting for our New 2022 AC unit to Fail Once again, while still owing Thousands.. Do better Grandmark!
