They hustled to meet our short deadline, and delivered a beautiful new logo, and a website that exceeded our expectations. We're so proud of what they came up with we cant stop looking at it! Everything we asked for felt possible with this team, and the end result exceeded our expectations. Also felt their pricing was reasonable for the gorgeous product they designed. We felt lucky we found them!

From our very first conversation to the final delivery, the experience was exceptional. I came to them in a pinch, needing to get my company and website up and running quickly -- and Omid immediately made my project a priority. He went out of his way to accommodate my short timeline, working before and after hours to make it happen without ever compromising on quality. I want to highlight Samuel, Eli, and Marc, as they played a huge role in transforming my vision into a professional, cohesive brand. I shared my ideas and a dream, and they brought them to life. They created a logo that not only reflects what I had imagined but also that resonates with the marketplace in my industry. Their expertise ensured the website included both features & content that are trending and that are competitive as well. They didn't just create a website -- they built a strong foundation for my business to grow. The final design is sleek, user-friendly, and a perfect fit o our brand identity. I highly recommend Mad Mind Studios!

Her knowledge of Marketing and her passion for my company is immeasurable, she is so persistent, and truly believes that my success is her success. She even traveled to my location:)

Oh my gosh, where to begin…read more.. Please understand I am business owner and I hate leaving people bad reviews. When I experience bad services, I move on and take my business else where. But what Diana has done is unacceptable and must be made public. I started with Diana late last year (2018). She was recommended to me by someone who didn't work with her but knew her and had heard great things about her. We met for the first time and I had made it very clear that my main focus in terms of online marketing was to better my marketing via SEO, Ads, and online brand presence. She had me sold on her services by promising me she had the experience and knowledge to do just that. She told me she wanted to design a whole new website for me and create new content (included in her service). But there was a catch, the website would belong to her. My personal recommendation to other Business owners, DO NOT DO THIS! Her price for SEO, ADs Management, Yelp Management, Website Management, was $1,650 a month, a starting fee (don't remember the exact amount), plus the Ads budget. I figure it was a great deal at the time and was impressed by her willingness to meet and discuss any questions or concerned I had. She looks like a person you can trust so I went with it. She created a so called "great" website that would "convert" and bring in a ton of lead because the old one I had was not so great at converting, according to her. When she delivered the website, I noticed it was not that much greater in the design aspect, and was created using a free website builder called (wix), and me being a soft and considerate person, I didn't want criticize it. I just put my trust in her process. In the beginning her services seemed great. She offers great business advice and is prompt in responding to requests, and great at setting aside some time to meet you. She works very hard, but she focuses on the wrong stuff to work hard on. For example, when I receive a lead through my website I get an email notification, Diana then forwards me the same lead again and the same thing with voicemails. I kind of hinted to her she doesn't need to do that. I feel like she could have been using her time in other places. Leads were on and off since we started. I addressed this to her and told her that leads are kind of on and off. Here solution was "Increase the ads budget", which I did. Then mid Summer of 2018 came around and we were flooded with business and all was great. I even told her I wanted to open a new line of service and asked her to help me build the website. This is probably when doubt entered my heart about her. 1) We came up with a business name together, but then as soon as she leaves my office, she buys my business domain name under account without asking me. I demanded the URL name to be transfer to my account and she did after constantly reminding her. 2) She designed my new website almost I identical to the first website. Then I did some more research and found out most of her clients have the same exact website as mine. As my skepticism is increase, we hit 2 consecutive slow months, right after the ONE busy month we had. Leads were either terrible or just none at all. Note, I was paying $1,200 in Google Ads, and $750 in Yelp Ads. Every time leads were slow and I address Diana about it, it was always, I was doing something wrong. She once told me, no joke, that my voicemail message wasn't good enough. But, that is stupid because I am not getting calls to begin with. Finally, I requested consultations from other marketing agencies and shockingly the message was the same ALL across. 1) ZERO SEO was being done and the evidence for that was if you were to Google MY BUSINESS NAME, the result would show up on 5th or 6th page of Google. 2) She uses WIX (a free online website builder people use in their garages to build cheap websites) to build your website, which is BAD for SEO. 3) She sets you up with a 2 or 3 alternate web-based phone numbers, again BAD for SEO. 4) She was relying and spending way too much on Ads , which is not a long term marketing solution. I also found out that her competition only charges around $300-500 a month managing Ads across MANY platforms (Google, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, Twitter, Etc.) while she only charges, keeping in mind no SEO is being done, $1,650 for 2 platforms (Google and Yelp). I finally made the decision to make a switch to someone else and I gave her 1 month notice as stated in her contract. Then she went all free for all on my credit card and would have excuses that contradict herself as to why she was charging me. I repeatedly asked her, PLEASE INVOICE ME BEFORE YOU CHARGE MY CC. And for some reason she wouldn't. Another note: Do NOT give her Authorization to run your cc. She charges your card first, asks questions later. And even when she is proven wrong, she makes it difficult reversing the charges, or tries another way to justify it.

There were two people working there. The lady, Maria was initially nice and helpful on the phone when I called, but she was perturbed when the other salesperson asked her to help me and snapped at him, telling him and me that she has to be at her desk to process orders and cannot be at the reception desk all the time(yellow flag #1 for me). I asked her a few questions and emailed her my files but didn't hear from them for a couple days until I called them(another yellow flag... but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt again...). I needed this printed within a week or so but when I called and asked, she couldn't give me a completion date. Instead, she told me "I was in the queue" which could mean 3 days or one week(?). When I sent her the files, she sent a proof showing all 4 images were 2ft w x 4 ft h, which is what we ordered. All 4 images shown on her proof were the same size. However, when I picked up the final product, one banner had a white border, which was NOT shown in her proofs. When I explained the border was not in the proof she sent, she said it was not her fault and that she just sends the images and "uses the file I send and does not alter it." However, based on the images she sent in the proof, ALL banners WERE THE SAME SIZE. I get it. My file was wrong, but that's why a proof is sent to the client, so the client can review and catch any issues before printing. Proofs are for clients to review and if there was a border in the file, it should be shown to the client. I would not have approved it if her file showed the border. She also argued the proof is only for color and writing. However, her proof agreement does not say it's only for color and writing. When I explained her proof is incorrect, she tried to sway me by saying the product "looks good with the border" and that "no one would notice". Really? You've got to be kidding me. The four banners are made as a set. It is noticeable if one is different. She told me she could reprint it but would have to charge me. What absolutely terrible customer service!Yes, the file was not correct. However, she "copied" it on the proof showing all sizes were the same and misled me (contrary to the argument that she does not edit my file!) and I received an unsatisfactory product. Had she copied "as is", it would have shown one banner to be slightly smaller than the other 3. And then to argue with the customer was the nail on the coffin for me! You're better off using an online site. Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review based on my experience which overshadows a good product with the 3 other banners. I was really hoping to find a new printing company we could use for all our signage needs, one I could trust and have a good business rapport with. But I will never use them again and don't recommend them to anyone.
