As other reviewers have mentioned, there's a definite language barrier. Normally that wouldn't deter me, but when you need something cut (= permanent!) and sewn to specifications, it can be a little nerve-wracking. Long story short, I needed 3 panels of a printed unfinished fabric cut, hemmed, and sewn to make 1 large (94" x 125") piece. I had wanted the panels cut and hemmed evenly, but the tailor communicated that he was going to use the full size of two panels and part of the third. I OK'd it, hoping he knew what he was doing. I tried to make it clear that I most cared about the pattern lining up when each piece was sewn together. I emphasized it 2-3 times verbally AND by lining up the fabric to show the tailor. I was quoted $60 with a 4-day turnaround. No biggie, since I wasn't in a rush. Outcome? The size was correct, so that's good. The pattern, though, is NOT lined up. Secondly, one long hem is sewn crooked. Overall I'm not thrilled at the outcome, but since the fabric is cut, there's nothing that can be done to fix it. This might be a good business for smaller tailoring items IF you can pantomime your needs, but I would avoid if you have greater specifications. read more

My husband is a tall, skinnier guy with broad shoulders. We can never find shirts in the store that fit him. We recently brought in 3 casual button up shirts that were Larges and An Extra Large to get tailored so that they fit his body shape. The service we received was quick and each shirt was $14. They took in from the sides as well as the back and I'm happy to say that his shirts look fantastic. We will be returning for all our tailoring needs for my husbands shirts! read more

Amazing! I dropped off a bridesmaid dress for alterations. I expected the alterations to take a week and cost $50+ (based on other alteration experiences). Top Tailor had my dress ready in 3 days and cost less than $30. My dress fits like a glove - I'll definitely use them for all my tailoring now. read more

I've had two pairs of jeans shortened here and kept the original hem. Absolutely love how they turned out. Both were done with a very quick turn around time. Pricing was very reasonable, only $14 to keep the original hem in the jean. I will definitely keep coming back! read more

I have been going to this place for a year and they are very nice. Recently they ruined a dress that I have worn once and told me that it was not their fault because there were no directions. I did not even receive my $ back for a dress that had to be cleaned twice (because it wasn't clean the first time). It is unfortunate when a business will not stand by their work. read more

im so so happy i listened to the other reviews. i was a bit nervous because i needed a tailor who could keep the original hem on my jeans and for a reasonable price! this guy (wish i got his name!!), although a bit hard to understand due to language barriers, was perfect. i brought in three jeans on a tuesday afternoon and he had them finished the next day.
