I bought a car there in June 2011. It is now April 2012, I realise now that it was supposed to have a brand new TWO year safety inspection sticker but my inspection sticker expires the end of this month. After getting the car inspected I find out that it needs more than half the cars value in repairs, and these things were likely broken or starting to break when I bought it. After calling the business number and getting a generic voicemail I left my name and number and a "gentleman" named Tom calls me back claiming to be one of the co-owners of Top Shelf. He claims that the auto repair shop that this particular dealer dealt with likely "forgot" to put my new MVI sticker on my car and that he'd call me back. ... needless to say, he hasnt called back and is now ignoring my calls. I certainly hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more
