Not even an attempt to convince me to buy from them! The second time my fiancee and I came and actually planned to test drive a car we had found online, after 15 minutes in the lot with nobody as much as looking outside the door we decided to walk in. When asking about the vehicle the 3 salesman could not even get out of their chairs and hardly gave us the time of day. It wasn't until we said we "were" looking to trade for the vehicle that they stood up and started to try and help. The best moment was when I asked if the car comes with any warranty and the response I was given was a blunt and unexplained "yup". They may have great selection, clean cars, and a established name, but if you want to discuss price, or be treated like they want your business I would look elsewhere.

After calling the business number and getting a generic voicemail I left my name and number and a "gentleman" named Tom calls me back claiming to be one of the co-owners of Top Shelf. He claims that the auto repair shop that this particular dealer dealt with likely "forgot" to put my new MVI sticker on my car and that he'd call me back. ... needless to say, he hasnt called back and is now ignoring my calls. A salesman was acting quite inappropriate and immature while I was waiting. I'm sure he meant no harm and was trying to be friendly, but his comments were not really welcomed and made me a bit uncomfortable. I emailed the owners to let them know how I felt about all this and the great news is they were very apologetic and offered a complimentary oil change. I won't be back, but appreciated the gesture.
