From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Kenny, the owner, is incredibly reliable and communicates clearly every step of the way while getting word done through them. It's rare to find marinas so dependable in this industry, and he really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Also Sal, who handles the electronics part of the work was awesome to work with. He was my Main connect to get things done. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all the systems were working perfectly before I left. Paint job came out 10/10, as well as the other work that was done including a whole new dash panel with switches Sal took care of Highly recommend this marina if you're looking for quality work, great people, and guys you can trust

Despite having less than 30 hours on it, the engine wasn't running properly--and to make matters worse, Suzuki USAproved difficult in honoring the warranty due to the engine being imported. Nick went above and beyond for us. He was diligent and persistent in communicating with Suzuki on our behalf, even when the process dragged on for several months. His patience, expertise, and determination ultimately paid off: he was able to coordinate a full replacement of the engine, which had been deemed unrepairable. We can't thank Nick and the service department enough. They truly went the extra mile, and we highly recommend their service to anyone looking for knowledgeable, committed professionals who won't give up on getting the job done right.

I was a bit nervous about the whole experience given my lack of swimming skills. We arrived at the dock and were greeted by Clare who gave us a waiver to fill out and then went over the instructions, she also attached life vests on our paddles since I was concerned about the water. The water was very calm which instantly made me feel more comfortable, Clare gave us very simple instructions and had such an easy going attitude that I volunteered to go out first! She also explained that the water was quite shallow and even though I'm only 5 feet tall, I would be fine if I fell in. It was a small group of 3 so she was able to provide guidance to everyone. We had a great time gliding on the water and looking around the tall grass surrounding us. We stopped for a bit on the beach and Clare took pictures of us which was nice since we left our phones in the car. Everyone had a great time, if you're considering trying stand up paddleboarding then you should definitely try this place. We also met Joe at the end of the lesson and he was super nice. I can't stress enough how awesome Clare was! Overall we had a great time and with the affordable prices look forward to our next visit!

Reserving was a hassle, and my friend said that the guy booking was not the most pleasant and cooperative. Location is great, in a marina with plenty of parking and a waterway that leads to the ocean. I wish the area we could explore was larger though. They gave us boards (which were quite wide and sturdy) and paddles, but neither were configured to the individual, everyone got the same of everything. Life jackets were not even given to us, I just saw them hanging on the side of the dock and grabbed one because I like to be extra safe on the water. That to me was a red flag that safety wasn't a high concern to this company. We were told some rules to follow as there were some jetty formations to avoid, and we were on our way. Quite relaxing on the waterway, and it was nice to be able to stop at a small beach right before the ocean. A guided group was going on at the same time, 2 of them went in the water the same time us. However when the other 2 of the group arrived, they made the first 2 people wait in the water - a little odd to me that they wouldn't wait for everyone to arrive before beginning. Both the owner and assistant were pleasant and helpful, but compared to other companies this was just ok. A great deal with the groupon though.

And yeah, that marsh grass just sucked up all the excess water like magic. What marsh grass? Well, the marsh grass that's under all that water. Three million dollars' worth of rocks and marsh grass. Unbelievable. Next time they want to blow three million, they should just give it to me. The flooding situation still won't be fixed, and they'll still be out three million, but at least I'll put it to good use.
