This company is a master at making excuses and stringing customers along for months. The first time they came out, they gave me a bid for $1,865 (later $1,785 with discount) and said six weeks. I was fine with that because I heard they were supposedly good. Then came the family emergency delay -- okay, I was patient. They called on a holiday weekend to schedule, so I cleared my calendar and stayed available even though I could have gone out of town. This was important to me. Then another message from yet another person (I've dealt with multiple inconsistent contacts) saying they couldn't make it because someone else in the family was ill. Suddenly they "couldn't squeeze me in" because other people were ahead of me -- after I had already waited nearly two months. I made them a priority. They made me an afterthought. Their crew and multiple staff apparently can't get their act together, but they have no problem bumping loyal, patient customers like me. If you value professionalism, reliability, and basic respect for your time, find someone else. These people will waste weeks or months of your life with one family emergency excuse after another and then tell you sorry, too bad. Don't let them come to your home -- you'll regret it. We had new gutters installed over our entire home in February of 2023. During that time, while it…read morerained, one of the seams easily visible to me on the back patio revealed a poor seal with water leakage. Since they immediately fixed it, I thought they looked beautiful and all was well. Unfortunately, now, just two years later, after a recent October rain fall, I am seeing two more seams that were poorly sealed leaking through! They advertise as being seamless, but that has not been the case. I called a few times, confirmed we were under warranty, am told someone will call me back to schedule the repair, but no-one does. This seemed like a nice company, so it's disappointing that the product and relationship has failed now with more rain on the way next week.

My house had sections of old and rusted gutters that needed replacing. In some cases, whole stretches of gutter needed to be replaced. In other areas, only small sections needed to be cut out and replaced. As with any repair job like this, there were more than a few unexpected surprises, but Albert's crew handled everything efficiently and professionally. And kept the price fair too! He was responsive on Yelp messages and came out pretty quickly to take a look at the leaking roof issue. Several roofers. I reached out to do not handle roof repairs. Cesar does.. He arrived on time and took many of photos of my rooftop and shared them all with me to show me the issues he observed. Caesar walked the entire roof area to explore where the leaks could be occurring. The flat roof area was problematic with water puddling not draining completely. His estimate was received within 2 days. Although I didn't move forward with Cesar because of his availability, I will definitely reach out to him for future roofing or gutter needs. I found his personality and communication style very amenable and I appreciate his kind and considerate manners. Also he seems to stand by his work with a good warranty.
