She cleaned me up, put a new size-appropriate earring, and gave me much better instructions on caring for it to get this healed up. Not only did she help me in this respect, but she was so kind, gentle, and sympathetic through the whole ordeal. I will easily be using her for any future piercings.

The piercing gun malfunctioned. It took her and another woman several minutes to manually put the back on one of the earrings. Although we have been very careful to follow the cleaning instructions, both ears have massive infections. I think that the equipment was probably not clean. That is terrifying. DON'T GO THERE!
