Also , he never gives you a receipt or invoice as you would in any other store its rather odd and you do not discover the full price of the work until after its been completed and then you are in a bullied position to pay. In total, we have purchased 6 fixtures and couldn't be more pleased with them and the service we received from the staff. First we bought a fixture for our kitchen that didn't work well in the space. The shoppe was more than willing to take take it back even though it was opened and they worked with us to find a better piece. The next time we were there we bought s few more fixtures, including a large one fir our dinning room. After a few weeks we noticed that the organza on the shade was pealing off. I was a bit irritated by this but when I called to complain the staff were amazing and ordered me two more! Not only this, they trusted me enough that I didn't even have to bring in the original shade. I've never seen this type of service. I was very impressed, now I refer everyone there :)
