After a quick exchange he provided me with a fair estimate for work and scheduled time to come and work. He showed up on time and was really efficient in identifying and solving the problem. He was communicative throughout the process and gave us an accurate estimate on when the job would be completed. He was courteous and left our house clean. His final bill was a fair and reasonable price for the work he completed. I'm glad to have a reliable plumber I can now contact for future jobs, I'd definitely work with Quinn HVAC again. Thanks so much Jason!

We…read moreneeded a job done that was a bit above my skill: adding rough flooring to the attic, over lots of insulation, and around HVAC systems. Having Rydica do it felt like a safer alternative than tackling it on my own. Brian was responsive and got the job done both quickly (amazingly so!) and with care and professionalism. The finished product was even more expansive than we discussed because Brian found additional plywood in the attic and added additional square footage for us. I would highly recommend Rydica Home Solutions for any level of home project you might need accomplished. Thanks again, Brian!

After they had completed the kitchen remodel work, we called Kennedy again to have additional work completed including fixing a water line to a fridge, checking the temperature of the hot water heater, repairing the downspout on a tub and addressing a slow drip on outdoor spigots. Yesterday I contacted Rob of Anytime Property Solutions to see if they can reattached a soffit that…read morepartially collapsed along one side of my house. He and a coworker came by today to take a look at the damage. They found that the problem was due to the lack of a drip edge, which caused the wood to rot over time, and the gutter to fill with water and partially collapse. The screws attaching the eave to the soffit, which had more severely collapsed, fell out due to the rotted wood. Because the needed repairs were more extensive than what initially seemed like a straightforward fix (per the photo I sent them), they recommended I contact a roofer to make the repairs. Rob and his coworker were both very helpful, honest, and a pleasure to work with. They did not charge me for coming out to my house or for the diagnosis. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if needed.
