After 2 failed attempts to repair my hydronic boiled after several lines were punctured during a…read morecarpet stretching service, I finally came upon Sprinter. All I can say is WOW. Before scheduling the appointment I spoke with the tech on the phone (Eric) and had a FaceTime session where I showed him the installation and answered his questions. I explained what was wrong, how it happened, and what I thought needed to be done. He agreed that the right thing to do was to refill and purge the system before reaching any other conclusions re: the need to replace the boiler. Eric showed up the next day, quickly figured out what was wrong, fixed an incorrectly installed pump (it leaked) that the previous company had installed, refilled/pressurized the system, and systematically verified that all was well. After an hour and a half the system was back up and running. The difference I noted with Sprinter was that the tech was highly competent, communicated well, was completely honest, and actually intended to fix the problem rather than empty my wallet. Needless to say, my experience with Sprinter was extremely positive. I only wish that I had found them before I wasted a whole lot of money on trying to get the first two companies to actually fix what was wrong.

After talking to the unit's manufacturer (including sending them pictures of the installation), and consulting the installation manual, it's clear that Sprinter did not properly install the unit. They used 5" pipe, placed the intake/outtake pipes about 12" apart, and didn't put a 90-degree joint/endcap on both pipes. As the installation manual clearly states, the pipes should be max 4" diameter, the pipes should be minimum 3' apart, and both pipes should have endcaps. Fixing these problems solved the issue. I've called and emailed Sprinter with no response. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

He told me he would call the next day (Friday) and tell me when he could come back out and finish. I did not receive a call and I called 3 times on Friday to see when he was coming out. The next day (Saturday) I called Ben at 9 am to see if he was going to come out and finish. It is now 2 pm and I have not received a call back. I will be calling another plumber on Monday and will be without a toilet until I can get someone else.

Just heard about an experience with my Mom who lives in Rigby. As a Homeowner her insurance…read moreprovided her with a Plumbing Company named Master Tech. One of the plumbers came out to see what was wrong with the water heater, why it wasn't sending out or creating hot water. The plumber eventually located the issue and told my mom there would be a 2 day wait on the parts. My Mom is handicapped and really felt an urgency to get the issue fixed, so she called back the company to see if any other company had parts, to which she was told no and still had to wait. My Mom asked to speak with the owner and the plumber said no, I would rather not give out his information. My mom eventually called back and suddenly the plumber did not want to take her call, My Mom left a message for the owner and then came to find out that the plumber had told her insurance nothing was wrong with the water heater. Which is confusing since he wanted to order parts for the water heater in the first place. Long story short, the owner decided to check out the situation and confirmed the parts needed replacement and did say it could take 2 days. My Mom obliged and that is where we are now. The plumber needs to be a little more patient if they want to have a good history. I will update this review when the work is finished. If it had not been for the owner responding, this review would have been 1 star. I will revise when the work is done. Thanks

Good Job Sermon! We requested proposals from several…read moreelectrical companies for installation of a RV receptacle and a 20 amp receptacle and from those we selected Sermon to perform the project . They weren't the lowest cost but were close to my pencil estimate plus they were available to complete the project sooner rather than later. From arrival to look at what we needed done, providing a proposal, interfacing with the city permitting and inspection process, to completion of the work and communication with us; the Sermon personnel were very professional and efficient. The day the work was scheduled the two of them arrived between 8&9 as planned, they had the work well planned out, walked us through the planned work, efficiently completed the work with hardly any mess left behind, and 8 hours later walked us through the completed work. We turned the AC on in our trailer and voilà we can escape to air conditioned comfort in our trailer when it's super hot!!! They notified the city inspector that the installation was complete and this morning the city inspector inspected the work and approved it. Sermon provided us a copy of the city letter of notification for our records.

As for these parts markups, the prices I have been quoted were about the same or 10% more than me ordering it myself, so again, no huge markups from my experience. Our heat is currently out and they actually brought over some loaner space heaters because the part was 3 days out. The installed price for the part I need is only around $80 more than having it overnighted. Pretty honest prices in my cases.....
