We needed three toilets removed, a water heater drained and moved to the garage, and three sinks disconnected (unscrew the water source, and disconnect the drain). A week later, these would all need to be reinstalled. I called All About Home Repair and they said that they couldn't give me an estimate over the phone, but they could send someone out the next day to give me a quote. If we didn't end up using them, we would pay a $39 callout fee. If we did use them, it would get credited towards the overall project cost, which seemed reasonable to me. Keaton came out and gave me a quote stating, "It will be over $2,000." I balked at the cost and said that it seemed EXTREMELY high as I have pulled a toilet before and it takes less than a half hour (and that included the time watching the YouTube video of how to do it). He asked me how much I was expecting and I told him I didn't think all of that would be over $800 on the high side. He said they couldn't do that and I said I couldn't do their price. He charged me the $39 callout fee and went on his way. I called the office Manager, Stephanie, and she was very nice to work with and talk to. With that said, I explained the situation and she said she would like to talk to Keaton and then get back with me, which she did just 15 minutes later. She told me that he had not offered me some of the packages that he could have offered (since all three toilets were at the same location), but that he never felt like he had the chance to do so. She went through the pricing with me and it still came out to about $1,200. In the mean time, I was able to secure another plumber to do the work for $600. So while I appreciated the work to get the bid down, it was still significantly higher than what the market is dictating. Stephanie was also kind enough to cancel the callout fee of $39 without me asking (which is why I bumped the rating from a 1 star to a 3 star). In conclusion, Stephanie and Keaton were both nice, but the pricing of the company is the highest I have encountered.

They were so far behind that after 5 days on site, maybe 4 hours of total work was completed but they want to claim 200 hours. They then say that my mother, who was onsite is lying. Joe, who we tried to fire because he was messing up so bad needs to change his career (he actually got fired due to almost burning down a Temple), also not professional that we were even told about it by his lead. He then proceeded to use our personal material to fix where he messed up. Then Darren, the lead, may admit that he messed up in text, but as soon we got the bill, he sure was fast to say my mother was wrong. He also needs to learn some professionalism. He also needs to know that he should not be brining his family to a job site, let alone a customers property. Finally this company needs to rethink how this business is ran. Good Job Sermon! We requested proposals from several…read moreelectrical companies for installation of a RV receptacle and a 20 amp receptacle and from those we selected Sermon to perform the project . They weren't the lowest cost but were close to my pencil estimate plus they were available to complete the project sooner rather than later. From arrival to look at what we needed done, providing a proposal, interfacing with the city permitting and inspection process, to completion of the work and communication with us; the Sermon personnel were very professional and efficient. The day the work was scheduled the two of them arrived between 8&9 as planned, they had the work well planned out, walked us through the planned work, efficiently completed the work with hardly any mess left behind, and 8 hours later walked us through the completed work. We turned the AC on in our trailer and voilà we can escape to air conditioned comfort in our trailer when it's super hot!!! They notified the city inspector that the installation was complete and this morning the city inspector inspected the work and approved it. Sermon provided us a copy of the city letter of notification for our records.
