We got our nails done and they looked amazing! The people were very sweet, and a lady came in and was very disrespectful to one of the men working there and he handled the situation wonderfully. The vibe was great throughout the whole appointment.

Went in with my mom for her birthday and I am so glad she had a better experience than I did. We both asked for basic mani pedis as we really didn't want to be in the salon for too long. I never expect a basic polish to last weeks but at LEAST a solid 3-5 days before chipping starts to show. Within 6 hours after leaving salon I had a chip and 24 hours later this is what my nails look like and I have done nothing today. There was absolutely no manicure. Clipped a few hang nails, filed them down and then started to polish. No buffing, no cuticle work, no massage, nothing. Immediately I notice that the white tip looks bad. So hurried and uneven and sheer. I asked her if she thinks we should do another coat and she said "no." Did a couple coats of clear polish and was done. My moms ended up chipping very badly today to the point where she removed the polish. It's like unless you're doing gel or dip they do a horrible job just to get you in and out. Would never go back.

My daughter and I are staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites, and wanted a mani/pedi for her and a pedicure for me. Top Nails is located close; we checked out their Facebook and Yelp, and saw good reviews. We walked in, was seated immediately, and the staff began their magic. The staff are friendly and professional. My daughter had a picture of the designs that she wanted on her fingernails, and showed it to the nail technician. I have seen so many places that have not been able to replicate what we show them, but Top Nails painted the designs with ease and they look amazing!!! Check out the pictures! I definitely recommend this salon for those living and vacationing in the area!.

Probably one of the cleanest gel manicures I've ever had! This place is most certainly not a spa, so if you are looking for luxury, go elsewhere. However, they do a dang good job for a really great price. My gel manicure was done in less than an hour and was only $25. That is $5-$10 cheaper than most places back home. The staff is also friendly and conversational which is always pleasant.

They were open on the 4th of July- thank God!!! Lon and Christopher were friendly and fun! Lon did a fabulous job on my nails and she was fast too! Even gave me a pretty design for the 4th of July!

Very impressed with this nail place! They were very quick and did a great job. I got gel nails and polish. Great vacation spot:)

Alanna W.

Very impressed with this nail place!! They were very quick and did a great job. I got shellac nails and a color change on my toes. My mani has lasted a week and a half so Far. Great prices also

The staff are friendly and talented. Coming in from out of town, we called to see if we could come in for two mani pedis during the last hour before they closed. We felt bad coming in so close to closing time but they were welcoming. Our nails look great and we enjoyed our time there. Grateful that they accommodated for us right up to close!

Here on vacation. Had a little bit of time, so I decided to stop in. Asked for a pedicure; they seated me immediately and instructed me to soak. Got a little obsessed with Facebook, and when I looked up, 45 min had passed and I was still sitting there! About 5 min later someone wandered over and finally started my pedicure. Why don't they tell you it'll be a wait when you walk in, and then check back in with you every 15 min or so? I'll never understand why mani/pedi places are universally bad at that (there are some exceptions obviously). On a bright note, I did get a very good pedicure! read more

Horrible experience!! I took my blind elderly sister and it was difficult to get her in and out of the building. When we left I noticed that her nails were still dirty under the nails and jagged. When I called to complain about the experience, no response, no "I'm sorry," or no offer to correct/refund for the problem. I will never return. I paid cash and had to ask for a receipt. She gave me a hand written piece of paper that was less than professional. In no way was it recorded for taxes to be paid. After I left, I had to take her to another salon to have the problem fixed. A place in the same area. We got excellent service and special attention from Salon Paradise. They redid her nails and were so wonderful. Check with Salon Paradise if you need a great job with kind professional people. That I highly recommend! read more

This place is horrible! I came in from out of town & wanted to get a fill in. The prices were completely overrated. I paid 24$ for a fill in because the lady removed TWO of my nails when I told her NO. While working on my nails, she jumped from me to other people & that's not professional. Then two days later, my nail chipped. I already paid 24 bucks which is a whole new set! So I'm going back in there to get my nail fixed! I do not recommend this place to ANYBODY who has acrylic nails because they don't do a good job at all! If I could pick anything less than 1 star, I would! They don't even deserve a star!!!!! read more

The worst manicure I have ever had. The nail tech who did my manicure didn't even cut my nails down, after asking him to do so. I then pointed out that he hadn't filed my "jagged" nail. I had to tell him twice that the nail still wasn't smooth; it caught my dress and tore the next afternoon. My polish began chipping before I went to bed on Friday ( the day I had the mani/pedi). The pedicurist did a better job, but it was nothing to write home about, either. read more

I came to top nails while I was on vacation here in gulf shores. I didn't know where to go so I picked Top Nails at random. I'm glad I did! I got a gel manicure with a tribal print on my ring finger and thumb. It looked great and cost me only $5 for two fingers ($3.50 per hand). Everyone was so friendly and the salon itself was very comfortable and had a lovely mural on the walls! It was very clean and the tools were sterilized for every client.
