Absolutely love Lee Nails! Suzie and Kim always do an amazing job on my nails everytime I go! Me and my friends all go here and we all love it! I definitely recommend this Nail Place and is the best in orange beach.

I was quoted 35$ for a pink fill and was charged 40$ but I didn't want to complain. I will go back because It's had to find a good nail place you've never been to before. I have been to this nail salon in the past and was happy with the service today I go, and the nail tech could not have been more rude. I noticed the nails were not even and she did not do any type of manicure or even ask if that's what I wanted I will be soaking the ones off that she put on and going to lavish tomorrow extremely disappointed this used to be such a great spot.$70 down the drain read more

the man drilled my nails so badly that it broke down to my nail bed and has been bleeding. i can't get acrylics until it grows all the way down because of infection risk. for 86 dollars the person doing my nails should know how to do a simple french tip and not have to redo it 6+ times and then have somebody else come finish them after it had already been over an hour for a fill. there's still some of the nail attached to where the wound is so i'm sure it's gonna get bigger as it falls off. younger girl who finished the french tips did them good though. read more

New favorite nail place! Have tried so many throughout my years of coming to Orange Beach and this has to be the kindest nail salon I've been too. They did an amazing job on my nails even though I had ripped off my acrylics and they were super short, she even did the design I was wanting! They take their time, you never feel like they are rushing and they have such a welcoming environment! Couldn't recommend Lee's nails more! read more

They were all very friendly except for one lady who kept pushing acrylics on my niece when she specifically asked for dip multiple times and when I said something she threw her hands up at me. The lady that did my nails was in a hurry and seemed to be more worried about her dogs than she was about my hands, to which my photo can attest to. That is only day number 4!! The owner was more concerned about her puppy than customer service. She yelled at two of her workers to do our pedicures. Once they started our pedicures, she and her puppy came over to yell at the young ladies to tell them they were doing it wrong. As more customers entered the salon, she pawned them off on other workers. By this time, she was telling everyone who would make eye contact with her she needed to go to Walmart to get the puppy some food. She did not know everyone would come today. It was very awkward in the salon. I needed a fill in. She hastily led me to her chair. She placed the puppy in a kennel, and I got the quickest fill in ever. The entire time she did the fill in, she kept saying that the puppy did not need to "boo boo" in the kennel. Our pedicures looked ok. My nails looked ok. If you are looking to relax and be pampered, this is not the place. read more

My friend took me here for a mani/pedi bday treat, and a treat it was! Kim was very nice, gentle, and thorough, and a talented artist at that. I walked out feeling pampered and pretty! Highly recommend! (The only negative and reason for the one-star deduction was that neither of the employees was wearing a mask.) read more

So I usually do my own nails as I have had bad experiences in the past. I had no choice since I'm away from home but to find a local nail salon here at Orange Beach. Walked in and they were able to take care of me right away. I asked for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. They had my go to polish and Kim did an amazing job. She was the most thorough nail techs I've ever came across with and she cleaned my nails well like how I wanted them cleaned without even me asking. I come to this area about twice a year but will definitely keep this place as my go to. For reference my gel color is 2 coats of OPI bubble bath and 1 coat of OPI Put it in neutral. read more

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. She rushed me through, cut my nails crooked, did not push back my cuticles, or nip them. No massaging of legs or feet. Did not clean toenails with polish remover to remove lotions and extra before polishing my nails. Do to that, my polish didn't stay on. It chipped right away. Her polish skills were lacking. Only used one coat, and halfway polished. This was the owners daughter too. Save your money ladies. read more

Worst experience EVER at a nail salon. Students and apprentice will do your service most likely. $35 plus tip Your experience will include a very vague attitude from "student" like u are putting them out and super annoyed with u. Was not asked a choice of pedi services. I must order the" Half Assed pedicure" basic dip in the tub,nail clip, scrub. Then u will experience the one legged massage and towel placement over your shins ... Seriously one leg massage and towel wasn't even wrapped around both legs ! Just one for both legs and placed on top of shins. No lotion or oil was applied on actual toes or feet . My Sister also received a pedicure that day and received same 1star pedicure service ...but she didn't even receive a leg massage or towel treatment!!!! Horrible. Horrible.Horrible read more

Understaffed...only 2 women working...my husband and I walked in for pedicures, were told to come back in one hour. When we did, we waited another half hour before getting in chair. Friendly "Suzy" did a good job tho. read more

This is the best nail experience I've ever had. I don't get pedicures often because it is so overwhelming. It is awkward and often the owners/technicians are rude. First of all, it's apparent that the owners/managers don't care about the health of their customers as most of the employees weren't wearing masks. I would've walked out when I saw this but I was already in the pedi chair when I noticed this. Also, they charged me $5 more than the pricing listed on the board. I tried to point this put to the manager but she didn't seem to care as she walked away from me. Needless to say, if you don't mind getting scammed nor care about your health then this place is for you as the pedi chairs rock! read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came here with my best friend on her birthday, to get our nails done and had the worst experience. We came in while they were slow, and was sat down to be taken care of super quick. I thought this was a good sign, however the lady that was working on my best friend kept getting so distracted and would just leave her sitting there for 10-15 min plus. The lady working on me was in a hurry and had the worst attitude. One of my nails was chipped, and as I pointed it out to her I presume she got offended and rushed even more and made me feel super uncomfortable. Overall I paid $55 for Nexigen, and my best friend got ombré nexigen and she paid $65. Highly recommend looking at other nail places in the area! read more

Disappointed isn't a strong enough word. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not one to complain. In fact, at 27 years of age, this is the first bad review I have ever given, but I am that upset. Walked in to get a manicure, was told it would be a 20 minute wait. This was obviously fine, as I didn't have an appointment. Picked my color and was put in a chair to wait. A few women came in after me, also with no appointment, who noticeably had more money than I did. They were told a 45 minute wait. Well, instead, their pedicures were started within 15 minutes of their arrival and they were offered wine during their wait. While I just sat there, ignored, for 50 minutes, until I got so upset that I left. I'm sure their work is just fine, but I wouldn't know because the hospitality I received while there was non existent. Do better, Lee Nails! read more

Went here on my birthday to get my nails done with my best friend. At first they got us seated fairly fast, but it shortly went downhill. The lady that started doing my nails (the owner?) kept on getting distracted. She finally up and left starting on another client without mentioning anything to me. I sat there awkwardly for about 15 minutes or so while my friend was getting her nails done. Still no communication from anyone on the progress of when my nails were going to be finished. I finally asked the lady who was doing my friends nails if anyone would be finishing mine soon. She told me that she was, that the original lady didn't know how to do ombré, and that my friend had come in first. Mind, my friend and I came in together, my nails got started first by the owner, and throughout the whole ordeal no one mentioned anything to either of us on what was going on. Meanwhile, my friend had a terrible experience with the lady that was doing her nails. She had a terrible attitude, rushed through the process of doing her nails, and tried to argue with her when my friend spotted a chipped nail and asked her to redo it. The lady told her that it would have been fine since she was going to double dip the nail. Just bs. She also got distracted and stopped doing my friends nails for a few minutes looking through her purse because an employee couldn't find something that was supposed to be in it. Very unprofessional. Once she got to me, again, it was rushed. She was a bit more polite with me since I had mentioned a few times that it was my birthday, but she still got distracted with ordering a pizza while doing my nails. She was so rushed that while she was filing our nails it has a very obvious indention on the majority of the nails. I spent almost 3 hours here, and since it was my birthday I would have liked to have been out a bit earlier. Totally not worth the $65 that was spent! Terrible customer service, and the next time we come to visit we will not be coming back here! I also let my parents know, who have a condo in the area, to let their guests know to avoid this place. read more

We have just moved to the area and a neighbor recommended Kim at a salon on Canal Road in Orange Beach. After searching I found only 1 salon on Canal Road, Lee Nails. The salon was very clean. They use the plastic single use liners in the soaking basins and instruments were removed from their sterile package. Kim was gentle and efficient. She worked on a problem toenail giving it a chance to correctly grow. Kim offered other services but did not pressure. She also suggested a product/method to help my fingernails on a future visit. I feel confident I have found my new salon and nail tech! read more

We were in town for a concert and wanted to do the Mani pedi thing together as we had done every time we were in Orange Beach for a few days. I searched on Google and found Lee Nails right down the road. This was the most relaxing experience ever. The staff were all warm and friendly and very talented. Traveling for business and this was the only place open on Labor Day. They did a good job on a pedicure and the service was quick (albeit somewhat rushed). Nothing really stood out as being spectacular. Just a regular nail salon. Price was slightly higher than I'm used to paying. read more
