And a man kept walking back and forth laughing and pointing at my feet. I couldn't understand what was being said because there was a language barrier. I asked for my overlay to be thinner and I got yelled at. About 10 seconds later the technicians son came from the back and said "my dad had a long day". And that the overlay had to be thick otherwise it won't look good. I have been getting overlay and wraps for over 20 years. And I'm sure my nails aren't supposed to look like bubbles, uneven, and unshaped. My nails were shaped when I came in. But my natural nails were drilled down so low that they are now bending off of the acrylic. I'm really disappointed. The vibe was- they do not care to serve outsiders but they will take your money. I made a huge mistake coming here. Huge!

I got these on Friday August 22 and one cracked the next day and I just glued it back on.Its the thumb and since then 2 more have broken, one I filed because of the sharp edge. I feel totally ripped off. Now I need a full set and will have to pay some extra money out to someone else. The art work was okay did not really look like the photo. The lady was on the phone almost tge entire time and really did not engage with me. There is a bit of a language barrier for sure.

First time visiting this nail place because my usual one was booked!…read more This place accepts both appointments and walk-ins, which is convenient but it seems as though the management does not know how to manage their appointment times. I truly enjoy getting my nails done and even if it's not the best place (reviews, environment, etc.), I typically enjoy my experience. Here, however, I did not. The ONLY reason I did not give 1 star is because the three workers in there were nice. I had made an appointment a few days in advance for an acrylic fill. I went for my appointment at 1PM, and they acted as though I had never called, they didn't know my appointment, what I wanted, etc. I think they realized I did call because they spoke to each other and were able to honor my appointment. However, I did not even get seated until 20 minutes after my initial appointment time. With everything going on, I knew I would have to be understanding and I had no problem doing so! It was seemingly unorganized and chaotic. Now, to my nails. I wanted a pretty neutral so that I'd be able to wear them with anything. I got the color DD05 "Crepe." Going extremely fast, I had round shaped nails before and let's just say I barely have any nails that match at this point. I have photos for reference, they seemed to rush through all of the drying processes so that they could get someone else in my seat. It looks like a watery, marbled paint and I assure you this is not what I would have chosen! Not to mention the walk-in part, there were about 4 customers asking to get their nails done while I was getting mine done. They said yes to every person, and told all of them to come back in 20 minutes. Maybe I am wrong, but I'm unsure of how they made that work. Overall, I will not be back and absolutely do not recommend. While I think the employees were nice, I believe that focusing more time on their clients already in the chair would make for a better experience. I do not plan to return and I wish I had never gotten my nails done here.
