They did my feet and not only were they kind and gentle, but the results are wonderful I LOVE this place. the people are super kind, the service is great, and the chairs they do pedicures in are CLEAN. on top of it they have semi-reasonable prices! it might be a little expensive, but better than other nail salons In conclusion, they not only do a wonderful job, but they actually are very kind, sanitary, and fun to talk to! read more

I needed a fill, and asked if she thought I should just get a full new set. I think she was an owner or manager but I did not get her name. I got these on Friday August 22 and one cracked the next day and I just glued it back on.Its the thumb and since then 2 more have broken, one I filed because of the sharp edge. I feel totally ripped off. Now I need a full set and will have to pay some extra money out to someone else. The art work was okay did not really look like the photo. The lady was on the phone almost tge entire time and really did not engage with me. There is a bit of a language barrier for sure. read more

GARBAGE! I was up north visiting family and when I found out nail salons were finally opened back up I called the first place I could find to make an appointment. First of all, I tried to make an appointment for 9:30 and they told me 10am worked better so o showed up at 10. I had to wait 30 minutes before they even moved me to a nail station. They should have just said to do a walk on and not make an appointment. I told the woman I wanted an ombré acrylic and showed her a picture. She said she could do it with an airbrush. I usually get shellac on my actual nail but this was for a wedding so I wanted my nails to look nice. When she got to the airbrush she kept screwing up and when I acknowledged how bad it looked her response was, "it's not going to be perfect" I was LIVID. My thumbs kept getting smudged and she was just trying to be done with it. Needless to say go somewhere else there are PLENTY of nail salons in Cadillac read more

Ugh this was a bad experience. It looks like a toddler painted my nails, there is paint on each cuticle, a very sloppy design and the paint is see through in spots, the younger very thin girl here did my nails and I don't even want anyone to see them read more

My appointment was so rushed to the point it looks like my nails were done by a five year old. They are so uneven and she didn't even take the time to cover my whole nail in polish not to mention they are a completely different shape then i asked for. I would not recommend going there and will never be going back. read more

I was sad to see the negative reviews about Rose Nails, but then I noticed the timeframe when they were written - over the same few months time in 2021. That explains a lot. If you haven't gone to Rose Nails recently, try it again. Ask that Amy or Lucky do your nails. You won't be disappointed. read more

As being a first timer to a new salon I'm not very happy with my experience...when my friends and I called to ask if they were busy they asked how we could be there and we told them 5 minutes (they were packed!) when we got there they told us to pick what we wanted so that what we did ALL of us picked Dip Powder then ended up not doing dip powder they switch them out for gel polish. I don't do acrylic because it kills my nails so that why I use Dip powder instead. Regardless of that the nails don't look presentable at all I have in even shaped nail big chuncks of no polish in area and cuts on my fingers also acrylic and polish all over that's not my nail. read more

We walked in on Mother's Day excited for the 4 of us to get Manicures and walked out extremely disappointed. 3 of us got Dip nails and are highly disappointed with how they turned out. Very bubbly and huge. They also don't even cover our entire nail. The lady was very rude about us using debit cards instead of cash. People came in after us and asked to pay before she got her nails done with a card and the tech tried telling her they only took cash no card after she watched 2 of us pay with our cards. Very unprofessional and will not be back. read more

The lady that was doing my nails was blowing her nose and didn't wash her hands and the other lady took her shoes off and put them on the chair.... they did not do good on my nails. The place is super dirty I don't recommend. read more

The ladies were very nice but they did not do a good job. The nail implements were in a cup and she merely sprayed them with some sort of disinfectant - definitely not properly cleaned and sanitized. She didn't take all of the old polish off. There were still bits of it along the edges of my nails. She didn't do a good prep job prior to painting. I'm used to having all of the cuticle cleaned up and the nails filed smoothly. My cuticles are still rough looking and the nails were filed so rough I know they are going to catch my socks or stockings when I put them on. When she painted them, she missed parts of my nails completely, the polish is not smooth, and if I tip my toes back you can see the white edges at the front of my nails. My friend only got one coat of polish. And they put the toe spacers on so poorly they came right off and ruined a couple of nails which needed to be redone. The bathroom had no paper towels to dry your hands. Just an old rag on the sink. Would not recommend. read more

Did a terrible job didn't have matching lengths or size...... not the color I wanted their polishes were all dried up she didn't have me wash my hands once they were bumpy and looked like little teeth read more

They did a terrible job on my nails. they did not follow the photo i showed them. they were very rough on my nails and filed them until my cuticles are bleeding. when the girl started to paint my nails she was very sloppy and got the nail polish on my fingers. she didn't follow the photo that was shown to her. I am never going to that nail salon again. Cadillac nails are way better and by far more professional read more
