First time visiting this nail place because my usual one was booked! This place accepts both appointments and walk-ins, which is convenient but it seems as though the management does not know how to manage their appointment times. I truly enjoy getting my nails done and even if it's not the best place (reviews, environment, etc.), I typically enjoy my experience. Here, however, I did not. The ONLY reason I did not give 1 star is because the three workers in there were nice. I had made an appointment a few days in advance for an acrylic fill. I went for my appointment at 1PM, and they acted as though I had never called, they didn't know my appointment, what I wanted, etc. I think they realized I did call because they spoke to each other and were able to honor my appointment. However, I did not even get seated until 20 minutes after my initial appointment time. With everything going on, I knew I would have to be understanding and I had no problem doing so! It was seemingly unorganized and chaotic. Now, to my nails. I wanted a pretty neutral so that I'd be able to wear them with anything. I got the color DD05 "Crepe." Going extremely fast, I had round shaped nails before and let's just say I barely have any nails that match at this point. I have photos for reference, they seemed to rush through all of the drying processes so that they could get someone else in my seat. It looks like a watery, marbled paint and I assure you this is not what I would have chosen! Not to mention the walk-in part, there were about 4 customers asking to get their nails done while I was getting mine done. They said yes to every person, and told all of them to come back in 20 minutes. Maybe I am wrong, but I'm unsure of how they made that work. Overall, I will not be back and absolutely do not recommend. While I think the employees were nice, I believe that focusing more time on their clients already in the chair would make for a better experience. I've never gotten my nails done in Michigan. I am from Houston, and go back to Texas frequently, so I usually get them done there, and I have to say was very hesitant to have my nails done here. In between trips, before a family party, I needed to have them done, and some friends recommended Angel Nails. I was very happy with the service. The owner's son is very pleasant, and fun! Appointments were made in advance and we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving at our appointment time. The team did an excellent job on both the pedicures and manicures. Billy did an extraordinary job on my pedicure since it had been a while and my legs were swollen. THANK YOU for making my feet and legs feel a lot better. Angel Nails was awesome. We were able to book 3 last minute appointments over the busy Memorial Day weekend with no problem. They have a lot of great pedicure treatments (besides a basic one)... I opted for the lavender treatment, which had a lavender scrub and soak, hot wax and grape seed oil massage. They also gave me hot towels, a hot neck pillow and a hot stone massage. It was by far one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Tubs are cleaned and lined with plastic for each person, and the staff was very friendly and personal. Highly recommend! read more

Walked in undecided about what dip nail color I wanted. They were more worried about getting nails soaking before I had even picked a new color. They had a VERY SMALL selection of dip nail colors and I didn't find a color I wanted. Walked out of shop with only having color removed. I would've preferred to have walked out with my last color still in tact!! Returned to give them a second chance and they had no one ho could do ombre dip colors. Guess it's a drive to Grandville to receive services wanted. read more
