First time visiting this nail place because my usual one was booked!…read more This place accepts both appointments and walk-ins, which is convenient but it seems as though the management does not know how to manage their appointment times. I truly enjoy getting my nails done and even if it's not the best place (reviews, environment, etc.), I typically enjoy my experience. Here, however, I did not. The ONLY reason I did not give 1 star is because the three workers in there were nice. I had made an appointment a few days in advance for an acrylic fill. I went for my appointment at 1PM, and they acted as though I had never called, they didn't know my appointment, what I wanted, etc. I think they realized I did call because they spoke to each other and were able to honor my appointment. However, I did not even get seated until 20 minutes after my initial appointment time. With everything going on, I knew I would have to be understanding and I had no problem doing so! It was seemingly unorganized and chaotic. Now, to my nails. I wanted a pretty neutral so that I'd be able to wear them with anything. I got the color DD05 "Crepe." Going extremely fast, I had round shaped nails before and let's just say I barely have any nails that match at this point. I have photos for reference, they seemed to rush through all of the drying processes so that they could get someone else in my seat. It looks like a watery, marbled paint and I assure you this is not what I would have chosen! Not to mention the walk-in part, there were about 4 customers asking to get their nails done while I was getting mine done. They said yes to every person, and told all of them to come back in 20 minutes. Maybe I am wrong, but I'm unsure of how they made that work. Overall, I will not be back and absolutely do not recommend. While I think the employees were nice, I believe that focusing more time on their clients already in the chair would make for a better experience. I do not plan to return and I wish I had never gotten my nails done here.

I waited just a few minutes and was taken back to have my dip removed by a very sweet lady. After that Jane came over to do my dip she was very quiet but sweet and extremely efficient. Jane did a very beautiful nail dip on me I was very pleased. The price was right on point. I am new to the area in Fountain. I will definitely make Nails2000 my new nail salon! Donna was fantastic and an absolute joy…read more I recently came in here to get a little flourish done before attending a wedding. I wanted to have my nails painted the same colors as the suit I was wearing to a wedding. I came in here as walk-in late in the day and was immediately greeted. The wait was about 30 minutes (they got their appointments in before they got to me...as it should be). When it was my turn, Donna greeted me and called me over. She prepped my nails and was generally friendly and funny the whole time. She painted my nails quickly and perfectly and gave me exactly what I wanted. When she was done she walked me over to the drying table, where I immediately smack my hand into the top of the table and ruined one of the fingers she had just painted. She stared at me, then brought me back over to fix my eff up, and playfully yelled at me. I was very careful this time. I don't live in the area, but this was a great experience here with Donna and if I did, I would definitely return.
