Bad business. I guarantee her appointment, she was either very late or very early. Either way, he should have finished my nails. He could have also let me know before hand and let me decide. The pedicure water was cold, and it was a hassle to get them to warm it up. One person in our group didn't even have their water started until five minutes after everyone else. During my pedicure, the technician filed the back of my heel so aggressively that it started bleeding. They also didn't have the nail colors we wanted, and the prices were nearly double what I pay back home. To make matters worse, one of my nails broke the very next day--a first for me after wearing nails for over two years without issues. When I called to have it fixed and returned the next day, they made me wait over 30 minutes while continuing to take walk-ins within five minutes of arriving. The staff was unfriendly and clearly talking about my sisters and me. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.
