I asked them to remove and replace my sidewalk, they removed and raised it 4 inches which has changed my entire yard. They moved all of the mud and debris into my gravel driveway turning it into a mud hole flowing into my garage. In the middle of pouring the concrete they realized the sidewalk was too high to be able to close my storm door so they made a last minute adjustment, now I have a dip in my sidewalk. My shed doors won't open all the way. There is more but needless to say their attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. Almost forgot, they ran out of concrete towards the end and had to order a new batch that started chipping in the first week. I have called dozens of times, texted and emailed with little to no response. I do not recommend Optimus Concrete.

It took 8 weeks for the team to schedule us (which is typical, FYI). When the crew were ready, they called to check on our availability and right away spent the day taking out our old asphalt and concrete and framing the area. They asked for half the payment at that point. The next day (Friday) they taped and covered with plastic our front door, our garage etc so there would be no splatters, then in the afternoon came and poured-making sure to contact me to make sure I knew what was happening. Then on Saturday, their crew came out again to clean up the plastic and put back our landscape pavers and rocks that they had to remove to add the concrete frames.
