I have had thE worst luck with T-Mobile including at this store…read more I had a feeling they were trying to placate me "if this doesn't work come back" type of nonesense. I will never again purchase this service/plan. Not in the US, nor online, nor ANYWHERE in the world. I will instead pay a flat roaming fee charge to my internet provider at home. Based on most of the reviews for T-Mobile on Yelp, this is not a stellar choice. I had to rely entirely on the hotel WiFi during our trip. Damn shame.

DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON!!…read more No one knows what they're doing and customer service reps will create more problems when you call in to fix the problems the sales reps created! Switched over from T-Mobile in January to take advantage of the free phones deal. BIG MISTAKE. It's now April and I'm STILL on the phone multiple times a month trying to fix their mistakes. Sales rep opened 4 new lines. I wanted to switch around the colors of the phone and assign them to different numbers on my account. Sales rep says ok, can be only be done once. I say cool. I trust you to handle it. He opens up a temporary line to do these transfers. Says the temp line will fall off once everything settles. It didn't happen. He had me call into Verizon to have it handled. Still unsure if it was?? Fast forward a month, I port in a number to one of the existing lines and add an iPad line. Service rep says, "ok, everything is handled. You'll see a buy-out charge on your account for the number port in, don't worry it will fall off." I say ok, whatever... I don't work for Verizon, I don't know how any of that works. The bill comes, the buy out charge doesn't fall off and is already charged to my Verizon visa on auto-pay. I call in MULTIPLE TIMES, each time no one knows what's happening as if they don't have notes nor read them. Finally, an agent with enough brains told me to dispute the charge with Verizon visa. Ok, done. He says the buy-out charge will be refunded and the service contract (that IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE A "BUY-OUT" because it was a number PORT-IN) will be reinstated and everything will be fine. Ok, cool. Once again, I don't work for Verizon, I trust the reps to do their jobs. Fast forward a couple more weeks, the buy out charge is back. My auto-payment has been turned off by Verizon. I call YESTERDAY to have this issue fixed. She says everything is taken care of. I put my auto-pay back on. This morning, I wake up, my auto-pay was unenrolled again and my service is disconnected. I've been on the phone for TWO HOURS so far with about ten different reps... STILL trying to figure out how to fix it. They are telling me they need to reinstate the old phone number before the port-in to fix the agreement and remove the buy-out charge. Ok!? I've been told this about a hundred times by all your reps already. Then they say it's fixed and yet here I am, still on the phone, still waiting for it to be fixed. DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON!! Their reps have no idea what the f*@k is going on and you will be stuck with new problems every time you go in for help to fix the last problem. I NEVER had issues like this with T-Mobile and deeply regret ever switching. F*!K VERIZON.

I had a question about returning DirecTV equipment, where and how? Sammy recommended that I go to the UPS store directly across Baseline from his store, advising me that they accept equipment there, and ship it. Overcharged & Humiliated -- Seniors, Stay Away!…read more Review: My mom (late 60s) was charged $100 incorrectly during a purchase at this location. When she politely pointed it out and asked for a refund, the employee on duty refused to correct the error, stood over her in a threatening way, and told her he was going to call 911 to trespass her out of the store -- instead of doing basic customer service. She left shaken and embarrassed, and later that day she fell and injured herself because she was so upset. I went back the next day to get this sorted and asked to speak privately with the manager on duty. He shrugged, said he "already knew what happened," refused to review the security footage, and would not contact the other customer for clarification. No attempt to refund her, no compassion, zero accountability -- just dismissal. This wasn't a misunderstanding that they tried to fix. It was arrogance, intimidation, and outright negligence toward an elderly customer. If you enjoy gaslighting, being talked down to, and leaving the store with less money than you walked in with -- this is your spot. Otherwise, run the other way. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!

if this is the AT&T store on 24th street and baseline, this service is the worst i have ever had,…read moremy husband has been with AT&T since 1997? then we opened a business 2018, we are closing the business and wanted to move our accounts from business to personal, started the process Sept 2nd after more than 4 calls and many trips to the 24th Street and Baseline store they are unable to move from business to personal, each time we call they try to up sell products after telling them we are not interested in any additional products, want to reduce our monthly bill, this process is very painful, their agents in customer service DO NOT LISTEN, try to set-up pin codes after it was reset and confirmed, each time we call its the same response. I would not recommend AT&T for any type of service at either the store or phone calls. Their customer service in store or phone is the worse I have had to deal with, would not recommend AT&T for any service.
