Guillermo was the sweetest gentleman ever, opening all our doors, providing cold fiji water, phone chargers, video, and plug in so we could choose the music. He drove super safe, was early to arrive and always a gentleman. We used this service for 5 hours and I have to say, I would use Guillermo everytime. This service was quick to respond, sent plenty of confirmation emails, and the company had people answering the phones anytime I called. Trust me and definitely use this company. Also, request Guillermo. You won't be disappointed.

My family took a cruise out of Miami and our flight arrived at 7:00 am. Guillermo greeted us at the baggage claim and we felt like VIP. Absolutely terrible customer service…read more We contacted this limo company two weeks before our scheduled event to cancel our reservation. The company refused to refund a single dollar, despite having ample notice to potentially rebook the date. Their justification was that the contract states all payments are non-refundable. While technically allowed by their contract, this policy is extremely customer-unfriendly and feels more like a money grab than reasonable business practice. Most reputable companies will work with customers when given significant advance notice, but this company showed zero flexibility and zero concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with this company carefully read the contract before signing. Do not book unless they remove or modify the "all payments are non-refundable" clause. If your plans change for any reason, even weeks in advance, you could lose every penny you've paid. There are plenty of transportation companies that value their customers and offer fair cancellation policies. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.

When we were dropped off, the driver asked if we wanted to book a ride back to the hotel when we return. We agreed and made a reservation to pick us up at 8:30 AM on 11/9/2025 at our cruise ship terminal (RCC Independence of the Seas). We were told where to go to meet the shuttle, but were not told that we needed to call when we got off the ship. At around 8:25 AM we noticed the shuttle was not there and I called. It went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I then called and spoke to the original driver and he said to try calling again. By now it was 8:33 AM. A man answered and we asked about our shuttle. He then said that we didn't call before 8:30 AM and therefore the shuttle left. I informed him that the shuttle was never there and he was very argumenative about how the shuttle left the port and that I should have called before 8:30 AM. I was then told I could wait until 10:30 for the next shuttle. I told him to please refund me and I will get a taxi. He then said to call the next day after 12:00 PM and he would handle the refund. Just as I suspected, when I called today (11/10/2025) he said he would not give me a refund because I could have waited until 10:30 AM for the next shuttle. I gave him some choice words and told him that I would dispute through my bank and then hung up. He attempted to call back, but I did not answer. I have since disputed with my bank and expect that my Bank will handle it properly. Overall the person I spoke to was extremely defensive and argumentative from start to finish and would not have a civil conversation with me. This is not what we expected after having a very nice driver on the way to the port. Having seen other reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences. Do not use them!!! I can only assume that the positive reviews that they have are from friends or family to offset the amount of negative experiences. They do not seem organic. Proceed with caution!!!!
