Also, she was kind enough to fix a necklace of mine that was badly knotted and she cleaned a small gold medallion for me that looked brand new when she handed it back! She did both these things for me free of charge. I give Finest Gold Gallery 5 GOLD stars and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality merchandise at reasonable prices, and wonderful customer service.

Expect to receive less in person than the website says you will. They listed buying at 199 a gram,…read morehowever I only received 483 per 2.5g assayed Valcambi Suisse bars. I feel like this was a rather shady business practice, when I asked why the price was lower they said they were splitting the price they pay for the 5g bar, because for some reason they don't have 2.5 grams bars listed. The 5 gram was 957, divided by 2 for 483, however the 1g at 197 multiplied by 2.5 is 492. If this business was honest, the price I would have received would have been somewhere in the middle. However this company seems to be doing the most to pay you the least. Be careful when dealing with this company.

Zero stars. With…read moreservice like this who needs customers?.. A group of us recently visited Buy & Sell Depot. And what a negative experience that was. We had come with plenty of cash to spend, and were cordial and kind in our greetings when we entered the store. First impression is that the place needs a thorough cleaning. It is filthy. The owner barely acknowledged us and acted like we were interrupting him from something more important than minimal customer service. It seemed like was too much of an effort to establish even a basic customer rapport. After a few questions where we received grunting, hostile replies, we departed without a purchase. In contrast, there another pawn shop just a few doors down that was bright, clean, friendly and the prices were far better. We'll be shopping for more future purchases there. Prices at Buy & Sell Depot are completely unrealistic. We would have left zero stars, but you need to leave at least one to post a review. Don't waste your time or money there.
