The pain is mild and totally tolerable, and they'll dial it down if needed. But if you want the best results, it's worth pushing through a bit.

I have labeled her the "dominatrix of laser" because she's that good at what she does -- which means I faithfully show up for my monthly laser "treatment/torture".... That's how I ended up visiting the Glendale location, and it definitely did not disappoint. The facility is much larger than the Sherman Oaks location....easily ten times bigger... and it's extremely clean, modern, and well organized! Another big plus is the large parking lot and the super convenient location right off the 134 freeway... which makes getting there very easy. The clinic also has a refrigerator stocked with bottled water and beverages for patients, which is such a nice touch while waiting for your appointment. I also want to give a shout-out to the amazing laser staff -- Anissa, Lisa, Mel, and Ramak!! Everyone there is friendly and welcoming , always greeting me with cheerful hellos and saying goodbye with dance movies. Between the beautiful facility and Vivian's expert hands, Prolase continues to impress. Highly recommend the Glendale location!

No effort, no professionalism, no customer service. I've been a customer for years, and being treated so poorly honestly made me angry enough to not want to come back. Since I'm currently nursing, I'm limited in what I can do, and I really missed her microneedling--the skin-tightening and overall glow it gives. We decided to skip the numbing cream, and I was willing to tolerate the discomfort, and I'm so glad I did. Today was extra special because I got to try something new: microneedling combined with a CO2 carboxy facial. It was such a cool experience--I actually loved the tingling sensation.
