Kiran was extremely flexible and patient with them in working in their behind the wheel appointments and helping them on areas of improvement. The instructors demanded the students provide gift cards in exchange for the privilege of using notes on exams, even going so far as to specify which gift cards they would accept. Not only is this unethical, but it teaches students that academic advantages can be bought rather than earned. It also discriminates against students that can't afford such gifts! My child also had a negative experience with one of the instructors. During a drive, the instructor screamed at my child and belittled them for asking a question. We were able to get a different instructor for subsequent drives, but the unstable individual that worked with my child is clearly in the wrong profession. I would encourage anyone looking for a driving school to look elsewhere!

I emailed expressing that driving 45 min to Naperville was out of the question. I have 3 other kids at home and a hectic schedule. I chose the orland location for connivence. Nothing was done. Covid hit and now I reach back out to them about the situation and they tell me they are waving the $100 reinstatement fee because he was to complete it in nine months but couldn't because of covid. Oh so you think you are doing me a favor? The school closed without warning. Giving no other option then to go to Naperville. You're. Ittalking a 10 min extra drive. You're talking 45! All I want is a refund for the driving portion so I can have him take it closer to home. That was the point of choosing your school in the first place. Called today to schedule my child's driving. Willing to accept the fast it is what it is. That was until I spoke to the very rude and frustrated lady at this Naperville location. I repeatedly asked to speak to someone else and she repeatedly told me she was the only person. Refused to listen, kept cutting me off. I guess I was suppose to be happy about signing my son up close to home only to go 45min away. The owner called me and she is just as nuts. Right off the start she says "I walked in and my employee told me about the abuse she suffered" lol ABUSE!! Lady right there I knew that conversation was getting no where. My response was that is funny because I schedule them with you and you did not say a thing. She lost it on the phone. I came in with a few hours of driving under my belt and had the goal of being prepared for obtaining my license within a couple of weeks. Since I'm a student over 18, I'll be taking the road test with the DMV, and Jennifer was an even better instructor than I could've imagined to get me ready on such short notice. Jennifer was engaging, patient, and really showed genuine care for her students, both on the road and off of it. She really takes the time to get to know a student and what their driving goals are, and she does a great job at directing drives that prioritizes balancing what a student needs to learn and what they can do to achieve the goals they set for themselves.

While taking the tour I decided to take the structural welding course-6 months. I couldn't have been more pleased. The instructor Mr.Shaker was very helpful, patient and up front. The atmosphere is laid back just you and a booth with some welding machines and your instructor plus classroom. They do not offer night classes and the class in the day time runs from 8a.m. until 3 p.m. . I did so well that the placement dept. told me they could find me a better gig, so ditched the one I had originally went there for. Plus points for letting me do the pipe welding course for free because I finished earlier than expected. The courses can be little expensive but, if you're going for a decent gig in the welding field it is well worth it.

This is a…read moregreat school. 70% under the hood and 30% in the classroom, gives students a lot of practice, and a good balance of classroom information while working in an extremely safe environment. I went to school on the night shift, so I was able to work full-time and still attend school. (4 p.m.- 10 p.m.) Jake, Dennis and Jeff are very skilled at all methods of welding and can demonstrate effectively how to produce quality welds. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to become a welding professional.
